Charming Châtillon

Everything at Chatihotes was comfortable, clean, in good condition, and easy to use. Nicolas, the host, was very responsive to our requests. The apartment is a good value for an accommodation of its type in the Paris area. The walk to the métro is not long, the neighborhood is very quiet, and there's a good boulangerie a couple blocks away for your baguette and croissant needs. The dining area is small for four people, but if the weather is nice, you can bring your meal to the veranda :-)

Great place to visit Paris and environs from if you have a car

Kind generous hosts who threw in extras like late checkout, info to get a doctor, offer to carry bags up stairs

We had not noticed in the ad that the property was reached via a steep open tread highly polished staircase. The transport system is excellent but does not suit our priorities, which were Montmartre, Grands Boulevards and worst, Disneyland (1/5 to 2 hours each way, with 2 or 3 changes )

A lovely apartment in Paris, close to a convenient metro line

Our host and Property Manager, Nicolas, was excellent. He corresponded with us on several occasions before we arrived and was availabe for quick responses throughout our stay. He provided anything additional we needed upon request. He was friendly and smiley. The area has several good restautrants nearby (5-10 mins walking), tram and metro are also within walking distance, as are grocery stores. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean and nicely decorated.

We found the apartment a little small for a family of 4 when having breakfast together, but we got used to that!

I highly recommend this accommodation.

The host was very nice. Perfect communication before arrival, he answered all our questions, for example about parking. On arrival the host was there to welcome us, hand us the keys and show us around the accommodation. The accommodation is, in a word, fabulous. This is a maisonette apartment, which is accessed via a garage with a washing machine and access to the terrace. Upstairs there is a kitchen, a bathroom and a room with two beds. In the attic there is a cozy and spacious bedroom. We slept great. Everything pleasant and clean. Enough of everything, incl. good wifi. Another great thing is that the accommodation includes a large outdoor terrace with spacious garden furniture where you can relax in peace. The location of the accommodation is also perfect. In a picturesque quiet street, at the same time a short distance from the main road and the tram. Metro a few minutes on foot (approx. 500 m). In the center of Paris in half an hour from the door of the accommodation. There is an excellent bakery not far from the accommodation. Lidl or Auchan is a five minute walk away. If you want accommodation in beautiful, quiet and spacious accommodation with perfect accessibility from the center of Paris, I highly recommend it.

Great stay, comfortable and felt at home.

Nice property, good, quiet location, very clean and homely. Close to local shops. Comfy beds, nice bathroom. We had all that we needed. Nice big fridge, kettle and toaster and hair dryer were all available for use.

You do need to pay for parking, we never got a free spot, but it wasn't actually too much, just a few euros for overnight, as it seems to be free for the nighttime hours.

Superb

Nicolas is very kind and helpful person. Even when I needed a wine corkscrew, all I had to do was go downstairs and Nicolas opened it ;) It was nice that we could use the terrace. There is Auchan and Carrefour near the apartment, as well as boulangerie.

Niclas is a perfect host! The apartment was absolutely clean and cosy. Restaurants, supermarkets and public transport are nearby, Paris city centre is really easy to reach. We had a perfect stay!

Exceptional

We are frequent travellers, rent a lot and have to say that such a gem is difficult to find. The host could teach hospitality. The house is in a lovely quiet street yet easy to reach the city centre (bus and tram around the corner, metro 7 min walk). There are plenty of shops, bakeries and restaurants around. The flat was spotlessly clean, comfortable, spacious, with well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Great internet connection. We stayed in the biggest apartment in which each bedroom has a private bathroom. The apartment is as well as for families suitable for two couples. Excellent value for money. Definitely a top place to stay in Paris.

Perfekt für einwöchige Aufenthalte in Paris.

Super netter Vermieter, sogar persönlich kennen gelernt. Tolle Laage: die U-Bahn Station der Linie M13 ist eine Straßenbahnstation entfernt. Die Haltestelle der Straßenbahn T6 ist sehr nahe gelegen. An der Haltestelle ist ein leckerer Bäcker und ein Supermarkt (ähnlich Rewe) liegt auf halber Stecke zur U-Bahn Station. Und noch ein Tipp: ab 3 Tage Aufenthalt, in der Kalenderwoche, lohnt sich das Wochenticket. Dann muss man auch nicht die eine Station Straßenbahn laufen. S- und U-Bahn und Straßenbahn-Bus sind, seit der 2025 Ticket-Reform, zwei unterschiedliche Tickets. Also bei Einzelfahrten 2x zahlen...

Die Menschenmassen in Paris. Nichts geht ohne anstehen, auch und obwohl man bereits gebucht hat. Und ohne Vor-Buchung kommt man fast nirgends rein... Die stets zu warme U-Bahn. Und das im Herbst... Ist alles nichts, was das Quartier zu vertreten hat...

Le logement était propre, fonctionnel, calme Il y avait tout ce qu il fallait. Juste les valises à déposer ! Très bonne localisation dans quartier calme ou il est facile de stationner

Repetiríamos sin duda

Nicolás muy amable ☺️ la casa está muy bien tiene de todo. El transporte para el centro de Paris muy cerca en tranvía, metro o bus. Zona muy tranquila con varios supermercados a menos de 5-10min. Sin duda volvería

La habitación de arriba tienes que acceder por unas escaleras estrechas pero tiene una cama muy cómoda
