Super netter Vermieter, sogar persönlich kennen gelernt. Tolle Laage: die U-Bahn Station der Linie M13 ist eine Straßenbahnstation entfernt. Die Haltestelle der Straßenbahn T6 ist sehr nahe gelegen. An der Haltestelle ist ein leckerer Bäcker und ein Supermarkt (ähnlich Rewe) liegt auf halber Stecke zur U-Bahn Station.
Und noch ein Tipp: ab 3 Tage Aufenthalt, in der Kalenderwoche, lohnt sich das Wochenticket. Dann muss man auch nicht die eine Station Straßenbahn laufen. S- und U-Bahn und Straßenbahn-Bus sind, seit der 2025 Ticket-Reform, zwei unterschiedliche Tickets. Also bei Einzelfahrten 2x zahlen...
Die Menschenmassen in Paris. Nichts geht ohne anstehen, auch und obwohl man bereits gebucht hat. Und ohne Vor-Buchung kommt man fast nirgends rein...
Die stets zu warme U-Bahn. Und das im Herbst...
Ist alles nichts, was das Quartier zu vertreten hat...

Everything at Chatihotes was comfortable, clean, in good condition, and easy to use. Nicolas, the host, was very responsive to our requests. The apartment is a good value for an accommodation of its type in the Paris area. The walk to the métro is not long, the neighborhood is very quiet, and there's a good boulangerie a couple blocks away for your baguette and croissant needs. The dining area is small for four people, but if the weather is nice, you can bring your meal to the veranda :-)
