Superb

A great place to stay. The kitchen/ sitting room was a wonderful room with stunning views across the river and fields. We saw the swans each morning. Very close with the borders of Holland and Germany. There is a fantastic and very popular bare foot walk through the woods over different textures only just 13 minutes drive away. The property has its own courtyard which is nice to sit out there. Also the property is old with gorgeous old wooden beams. It backs onto a trendy bar that offers great tai food. Would definitely recommend this place if ever visiting Belgium.

Comfortable beds. Nice view from the room on the upper floor. Nice bathrooms.

The room on the grondfloor was not very clean. Beds were made, but the floor was full of dust. Cupboards full of dust. There are no sun protections on the skylights. The upper room was just like a sauna. We have not seen anyone, neither the host nor the maid. It is an old building that needs cleaning. Lots of cobwebs. We miss a toaster and a microwave. Terrace was not cleaned.

Holliday Home Janssen&Janssen is een top accommodatie.

Het comfort! 2 mooie, ruime slaapkamers met bijbehorende badkamer. Alles supernetjes. De host was vlot bereikbaar en altijd even vriendelijk.

Er was een probleem met het slot van de voordeur, waardoor we echt niet binnen geraakten. Gelukkig kwam er vlug hulp en konden we daarna gebruik maken van de achterdeur. Mss is oudjaar niet de ideale periode. In de omgeving was alles gesloten. Zelfs Café- Restaurant De Twie Keuninge , maar ook de vele restaurants in Oud Rekem. Het was er dood en verlaten. Vanaf 20u begonnen de knallen van bommetjes en vuurpijlen. Non stop. Wat heel irritant was. Tip: 1.mss kan de poetsvrouw de verwarming al opzetten. Het was er erg koud. 2. Het zou mss handig zijn om een infomap te maken met de handleidingen van de thermostaat, oven, tv. Wat te doen met afval, correcte wifi code. Die hadden we fout doorgekregen.

Heerlijk verblijf in prachtig huisje met alles erop en eraan

Geweldig fijn, schoon en prettig huis met alles erop en eraan. Rustgevend uitzicht, mooie omgeving en van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles wat je nodig is aanwezig. Modern en goed onderhouden. We zouden zo weer een keertje teruggaan.

De verwarming zit helemaal bovenin en de warmte blijft ook bovenin het huisje hangen. In de woonkamer was het flink koud en boven juist erg heet. De (sier)kachel was ook i.v.m. veiligheidsreden uitgeschakeld dus dan blijft het in de woonkamer ook erg koud. Maar dat is slecht iets kleins.

Bis auf die Schwierigkeiten, daß wir lange vor der Tür warten mussten um den dann richtigen Key-Code zu bekommen, war es

außergwöhnlich schöne Unterkunft, besonders toll in der kalten Jahreszeit die Sauna 🤩!

Leider ist die Eingangstür beschädigt und beim zuschließen hatte sich bereits eine Holzlatte fast ganz gelöst.

Wat een zicht.. Prachtig om de Maas zo mooi vanuit de ramen te kunnen bewonderen!

Superfijn dat ik een kleine korting kreeg omdat ik alleen reisde. De communicatie ging super vlot, en ik ben zo fan van het uitzicht op de Maas. Hier wil nog wel eens terugkomen!

Nos encantó, repetiríamos sin dudar.

La casa genial, muy acogedora y con mucho equipamiento. La anfitriona es muy amable y nos facilitó la entrada y salida sin ningún tipo de problema. Nos dió toda la información necesaria y atendió nuestras preguntas en todo momento. Las camas muy cómodas, el apartamento muy limpio y la zona tranquila con unas vistas preciosas.

Si tuviera que poner alguna sugerencia para mejorar, sería que el dormitorio de la planta superior y su ducha están muy expuestos y ofrecen poca intimidad si compartes el apartamento con más gente, pero nada que no pueda solucionarse fácilmente.

Voor het doel van ons verblijf een prima lokatie. Fijn dat er bij elke slaapkamer een badkamer en WC zit. Als je met 2 stellen bent is de privacy wat minder als iemand gaat douchen. Je moet dan even afspreken ivm bereiken van het buiten zitje buiten of aan het keukenblok zitten. Beneden ook een waterkoker en kopjes aanwezig. Fijn dat er basis koffie/ thee / suiker/ wc papieren en vaatwasser middel aanwezig is. Wij hadden voor 3 dagen heerlijk 2 sets handdoeken.

Slechte start omdat zowel de sleutelprocedure als het telefoonnummer gewijzigd werden.

Sleutel zou worden overhandigd, maar werd op de dag zelf via de mail omgezet naar een sleutelcode, waarvan de mail in de spam belandde. Het door Booking.com opgegeven tel.nr werd niet opgenomen!! Na bemiddeling klantenservice Booking.com (20 min wachtstand!) kon vakantie beginnen. Rond uit een slechte start. Doorgezakt bed (links) op bovenste verdieping. Het mooie uitzicht op deze verdieping wordt belemmerd door condens in dubbele beglazing

er was weinig beweegruimte in de keuken/living. De accommodatie heeft dringend nood aan een likje verf en algemeen onderhoud. Eén van de ramen die uitgeeft op het water kapot waardoor je het uitzicht net mist vanuit je bed.

Apartamento charmoso

A casa é agradável, moderna por dentro, a vista do rio é um charme a parte. O quarto de cima é ótimo, realmente tem claridade por conta dos vidros das janelas que ficam acima, mas a sensação de ver o céu e a paisagem foi muito legal. As camas são muito confortáveis. Tinha uma cozinha bem completa, além de alguns temperos e café.

A única coisa que não foi muito boa é que no quarto de baixo tem um pouco de cheiro de esgoto
