Attractive and comfortable apartment with all the facilities and right next to the Maas river.

The owner has done a wonderful job of converting an attic into a modern and tastefully decorated apartment. There is a lovely view of the river from the bedroom window. The two air conditioners in the apartment made easy work of the hotter days and nights.

The circular staircase to the apartment was a bit awkward with luggage but manageable. Parking was not right outside the apartment but about 80m along the road although you could use the restaurant's parking in front to offload.

Very nice and cozy appartment with all the important facilities at hand. Beautiful view on the river Maas. Nice brasserie downstairs with a very helpful staff.

We prefer to have one matress/bed sheet instead of individual ones pushed together.

Great place to stay and amazing service. The owner really help us a lot by giving us the possibility of leaving our bags there for an extra day. Very clean and spacious apartment!

The output water system seems to be clogged, which makes the water drain extremely slow. Suggest to check the status of the pipe and have appropriate measure. The floor is a bit dusty, this can be inproved.

Heel fijn! Ik wil nog een keer terug in de zomer!

Prachtig uitzicht over de Maas, de stroming is fascinerend! Je moet wel staan om naar buiten te kijken, maar dat was niet erg.

Ik kan me voorstellen dat de trap niet voor iedereen gemakkelijk is, voor ons geen probleem. Ons hondje nam ik onder m’n arm.

Ruim, erg schoon en compleet appartement. Makkelijk een Thais restaurant letterlijk twee stappen van de voordeur.

In het donker aankomend is het even zoeken naar de ingang. De voordeur gevonden is dat bijna vergeten 🙂

Perfect

Wij verbleven hier afgelopen weekend en alles was prima. Mooie locatie als uitvalsbasis naar Maastricht en Valkenburg. Fijne communicatie met eigenaars. Het restaurant naast B&B met dezelfde naam is fantastisch; we hebben hier 2 avonden gegeten.

We arriveerden in het donker en hadden lichtknopje nog niet ontdekt; dan is de trap echt een soort van uitdaging. Steil en smalle treden. Ik had eerste nacht last van de geluiden, komend van het restaurant en buren. Tweede nacht ging al beter.

Heerlijk plekje genieten langs de Maas

Prachtig uitzicht, vanuit het appartement stap je zo het restaurant in met een heerlijke kaart en volop keuze in Belgische bieren. De bedden waren goed stevig, fijn dat we een apart kinderbedje konden krijgen. Keukentje voorzien van alles, nette aparte wc en grote inloop douche.

We misten wat grote mokken, en het is soms wat zoeken met de schuine daken en afstapjes, maar dat wisten we.

Fijn appartement met prachtig uitzicht

Goed onderhouden, ruim appartement met fantastisch uitzicht.

De draaitrap van 2 verdiepingen met open treden. We hadden een grote hond mee die de trap niet op durfde, en die dus in de traphal moest overnachten. Verder was alles prima in orde.

Heel geslaagd verblijf. Aan te raden aan iedereen die jonger is dan wij of geen hond moet tillen.

Geweldig uitzicht, geweldige bedden, Prima douche. Zonder de uitbater ontmoet te hebben toch alles tot in de puntjes geregeld.

Voor ons persoonlijk: De trap. Wij beiden 70+ met een hondje van 10 kg die niet op of af durfde. Dus dragen 😀

Mooi appartement

Mooie ligging, alles wat je nodig hebt ligt er, (handdoeken, bedden zijn opgemaakt) alles is netjes . Restaurant vlakbij

De wenteltrap was voor ons geen probleem, en voor onze jonge hond ook niet , maar we zijn toch blij dat we de oude hond van 15 jaar niet meegenomen hebben want deze zouden we echt moeten dragen hebben.

Zalig verblijf in Maasmechelen

Heel mooi en net appartement. Heerlijke douche, zeer goede matrassen en airco’s zowel in de woon als slaapunit. Die werkten ook zeg goed, want het kon wel erg warm worden ik het appartement. Ook veel leuk dat je meteen boven een restaurant zit. Wij zijn de eerste avond nog iets gaan eten. Voelde als luxe aan om daarna meteen naar boven te kunnen vertrekken.

De trap was een beetje gevaarlijk als je met veel spullen naar beneden moest, maar op zich is dit geen breekpunt ofzo.

Netjes, schoon en zelfs gezellig aangekleed. Aan alles is gedacht, van een aansteker voor de kaarsjes tot peper en zout. Heel fijn verblijf en een goede uitvalsbasis Maasmechelen, De hoge Kempen en Maastricht!

Fantastische locatie en accommodatie, helaas zonder ontbijt.

De locatie was prachtig, aan de Maas, vanuit het bed zie je de rivier stromen. Vanaf de eettafel heb je uitzicht op de zonsopgang. Uitmuntend.

Tegen de verwachting in, het is tenslotte een bed & breakfast, zat er bij ons geen ontbijt bij. Dat hebben we dus zelf moeten regelen. Dit konden we dan weer wel bij een opkomende zon opeten en bereiden in het keukentje.

Prima huisje!

WiFi werkte niet en werd helaas ook niet opgelost. CV werkte niet omdat de druk was te laag en hebben zelf de kachel bijgevuld. Heb er ook wel een beetje begrip voor omdat de host na een jaar hard werken op vakantie was

Slapeloze nachten

Reeds 2 maal eerder hier verbleven en dat was voortreffelijk. Nu keren we nooit meer terug.

Nachtlawaai. Het café en resto waren afgehuurd voor een privéfuif met live optreden. Door de houten vloeren leek het alsof wij en onze 6-jarige dochter er heel de nacht bij waren. Het gedrum deed de muren trillen. De 2de nacht vonden de stamgasten het nodig om de blijkbaar achtergebleven micro nog verder te testen
