    At first glance, the hotel looked nice and new. Staff at front desk were friendly. We booked 2 rooms, one for my wife and I, and another room for my daughter on the same floor. My daughter was quite unfortunate to have a neighbour, local guy, who had a friend coming over to visit. They spoke very loud and smoked like a chimney with their room door wide open. The entire corridor was stink with cigarette smell. The stench was unbearable for non smokers. When we complained to the front desk, they promised to ask their duty manager to resolve the issue and revert to us. After waiting for a long time, nobody called us back (1st EMPTY PROMISE) Instead, we called the front desk again and asked for the duty manager, he said that the problem had been resolved. When we requested to change rooms due to the stench, he persistently refused to do so (BAD MANAGEMENT). Eventually, he challenged us to upgrade our room type to their most expensive Suite room, otherwise no deal (PERSONAL INSULT). He promised to place an air purifier in the corridor but nothing in my daughter's room (INCONSIDERATE AND POOR PROBLEM RESOLVING). Anyhow, he did not do so (2nd EMPTY PROMISE). Fortunately, there was one air purifier in my room and so I carried and placed it in my daughter's room. "诚信经营，平等待人，为了更好地为客户服务，提供最精准的协助" does not apply to this duty manager.
