Nice, but it could be so much better
Fantastic central location in the old town, close to bars, restaurants, shops, and the harbour.
Very spacious apartment with plenty of room.
Clean and well equipped.
Décor a bit dated and a lot of clutter, and the sofas are not very comfortable.
Bedroom could use better curtains and pillows.
Roof terrace needs tidying so it can be usable and clearer information about facilities, and check-out would be helpful.

Fantastic house in beautiful Trogir Old Town
The house is the Old Town of Trogir and has wonderful character. It is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher,cooker, hairdryer, 3 showers etc. It was spotlessly clean on arrival. Ante and his staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a lovely home for holidays and quiet a large space which is great. Trogir is a great location - loads to see and do. I loved getting to stay right in the heart of this idyllic historic location. There are 3 floors, ground floor has 2 bathrooms- both very well equipped and washing machine and also large bedroom. 1st floor has kitchen /dining room, sitting room ( can be a bedroom also and another good sized double bedroom,all beds were comfortable) So many lovely restaurants,shops, pubs etc nearby.It is a busy area in summer but I think it adds to the atmosphere. Definitely recommend.
We were 2 families, 2 couples with 2 teenagers. Myself and my husband were in the room upstairs besides the living room where the teens slept on the sofa beds. There is no door between the rooms ,with younger children this would be fine but for privacy to change had to use bathroom at times so if even a blind/curtain could be put across the arch would be useful. A chest of drawers in bedrooms to store clothes would be useful. A list on day of arrival with items like how to work air conditioning, how to pay, where to put rubbish etc would be useful and helpful. The roof garden has a loft style stairs up to it- it's not suitable for everyone as some would find it difficult to climb.

LOVELY 100% recommended
The whole experience was great: lovely owner, amazing house in the middle of the center, full fridge and kitchen, just an experience we will never forget. Normally after reading all the positive reviews there is often a risk of over-expecting but in this case, we were will still blown away. We had a perfect time!

Exceeded our expectation!
The villa exceeded all our expectations in all aspects.
First of all, the owner (Mr Ante) was excellent in always promptly answering our messages through Booking.com messaging system, and later after our arrival through WhatsApp.
When we arrived at his Restaurant Alka to pick up the keys, he personally escorted us to the villa, and explained everything there.
The villa is in a quiet part of the historic Old Town, still within 2 min walk from the marina and several churches. It is a large villa with enough space/beds for 6 people. The villa is perfectly maintained, very clean, lots of very interesting old items on display in the home. It most definitely felt like a HOME throughout our stay.
There is a huge bathroom with two side by side walk in showers, large counter top with two was basins. There is another separate bathroom with toilet, washing machine, shower.
The owner was very kind, he literally filled up the fridge with so much food, that we could only consume a small fraction of it. Several types of cheese, pate, salami, soft drinks, fruit juices, beer, prosecco, chocolate, cornflakes, muzli, coffee, baclavas, fruits, vegetables, etc etc – cannot even list everything. I have never seen this much food being provided for us anywhere else!
On the day of check out, he very kindly allowed us to check out later then required, for no charge.
In summary, we had a most fantastic stay in this villa, it truly felt like it was our home. We will certainly stay here again when we return to Trogir.
One additional benefit: Since Mr Ante is the owner of the Alka restaurant, he reserved us a great table at very short notice in his restaurant, where the food and service were both exceptional.

Great location in Old Town. Shops,restaurants, farmers market, the Riva. Very nice villa equipped with all the amenities. Ante is the perfect host, friendly and professional, always available if you need something. Be sure to visit his restaurant Alka! Very good.

Everything was perfect. The apartmen was so beautiful and clean. Also the fridge was fully stucked-we weren't missing anything. The location is great. Ante was very helpful with everything we needed. Definitely recommend. Hope we will come here again next year.

Ante is the best host. He makes it very easy to stay in his cool Villa that has all the conveniences. The location is great, parking is easy, the fridge was stocked over the top with everything you need for breakfast and Happy Hours and more...Try a dinner in his restaurant Alka - delicious food and great service.

De ligging midden in Trogier. Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien. Fantastische badkamer, heerlijke bedden, leuk dakterras. Restaurant van de eigenaar is ook een aanrader. Heerlijk gegeten. Bediening perfect.
