Relaxing stay

Beautifully located at border of a lake with small private beach as part of a sailing school. Parking on large private parking at back of school. Nice city with a lot of restaurants and bars. Historical centre (not recommended with a wheel chair). Small bar at lake side with friendly staff and reasonable prices.

Lovely stay by the lake

Location by the lake was great.

Nothing says on the Booking.com website that the property is actually on top of the local sailing club. Not much of an issue in our case, but would have been good to know in advance. Not enough room to put your clothes and stuff in the back bedroom. The rail to hang clothes is much to high for normal people.

Lovely place - great balcony with views over the lake. Good kitchen facilities and nice and clean . Local towns charming.

Unbelievable view from the balcony and windows. The lake is lovely. Mainly if you like sailing though.

Superb

The location was superb, in a quiet spot a little bit out of town. There were sailing classes on while we were there, but it didn't impact the relaxed atmosphere at all. The lake and beach were stunning, and there was a lovely beachside walk into town. The apartment was pretty in an eclectic kind of way. It had everything that we needed while we were there.

There was an aircon unit in the sitting room and stand-alone fans in the bedrooms. This wasn't ideal on the very hot days we were there.

Perfect location next to the beautiful lakeside and close to local villages steeped with history. If you like your water sports this is the perfect place and a lovely beach bar club to wind down in after.

Location and lake view were perfect.

The accommodation needs to have another toilet because 5 adults sharing just one toilet was uncomfortable. It has 2 showers yes which was good, but very much needs another toilet.

Very good

Apartment was great and location beautiful. Staff was very helpful and friendly. There was air cooler for the hot days and our rental car was safe behind the gates at the nighttime.

During our stay there was some kind of sailing camp for the kids and they started early every morning just under our bedroom window. It was very noisy also in the evening, last night house next door played loud music until the midnight. When all other things were perfect, we slept poorly almost every night.

Ottimo rifugio per soggiorno corto e lunghi

La posizione è buona, un po' decentrata dal centro di Trevignano Romano che è raggiungibile con una bella passeggiata di 30 minuti. L'appartamento è ben tenuto e spazioso e il parcheggio è privato sul retro. Credo sia possibile prendere anche dell'attrezzatura a noleggio tipo canoe o altro ma non avendone usufruito non ne sono sicuro.

Se cerchiamo il pelo nell'uovo, essendo all'interno di un circolo velico, forse non offre il massimo della privacy.

Stupendo

Appartamento ben arredato con tutti i confort e posizione strepitosa. All'interno non mancano lavatrice, forno (anche microonde), frigo e macchina del caffè. Il posto è molto tranquillo e ideale per trascorrere una vacanza di vero relax. E' stato fantastico poter fare la colazione sul balcone con una fantastica vista lago.
