Ideal geographical context, very quiet, nice furnishings. In the heart of Trevignano Romano on Lake Bracciano just half an hour drive from Rome. Two floors, large terrace, large garden, bedrooms complete with wardrobes, two bathrooms with shower and bathtub, kitchen equipped with all comforts including dishwasher and washing machine. Outdoor BBQ. Wifi connection. Private outdoor parking. Easy to walk downtown without having to take the car

Expansive 3 bedroom with endless outdoor seating areas. Andrea was an excellent host, giving us a tour of the property as well as dining and activity suggestions. Parking was always available right in front of the property. One word of caution: the property seemed to come with a cat or two, who were constantly trying to enter the home. If you are averse to cats, be forewarned! Maybe a temporary ammenity.

"We had a wonderful stay in the very nice village of Trevignano romano. We enjoyed the beautiful vew of the Bracciano Lake from the several terraces (incredible sunset). The house was corresponding to the description. Everything would have been perfect if we didn't have to ear the dogs barking at different times.
Riccardo was very helpful in providing a written plan to go to Rome by train ; but most of all, his help was very well appreciated when I had to deal with the lost of my wallet. He let me use his telephone to call Canada to cancel all my credit cards. Once again, thank you very much Riccardo."
