Located 6km from the spa center of Eugenie-les-Bains, this cottage T5 classified 3 stars in March 2019 is on the 1st floor of the property "Les Bastides Eugénie", in which Gilbert and Murielle Datola exercise their activity of reception .
This very large apartment of 110m² in total is ideal for spa holidays with friends or family, or holidaymakers wishing to rest enjoying the calm and beauty of the Landes chalosse, you will find all the advantages to stay in the center of this bastide town of Geaune offering all the shops of first necessity. (Bakery, butcher, supermarket, newsagent, pharmacy, bars and restaurants, hairdressers, beauty salon, doctors, nurses, garages, service stations, flea markets, craftsmen ...)
The apartment consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed 140x190, one with two single beds 90x190, an extra bed exists with the installation in the living room of a real bed 120x190 retractable). In the night part, you will also find a large bathroom and a separate toilet.
The day consists of a very nice living room with kitchen, a large dining area, dining room and TV, a large sitting area and independent TV and overlooking the main asset of this apartment: An immense privative patio of character with zone meal and zone rest.
