Plaza Huelen

The property is amazing. It's in the heart of the oldest part of the city near the castle, the main library and a subway station. There's an onsite building supervisor and the property manager must live there as any time we had a question he was at our door in five minutes. Everyone associated with the property was helpful and extremely friendly. The furnishings are as amazing as the pictures show. I travel quite a bit, and I simply don't see properties furnished like this. Everything worked including the wifi.

The listed stated that there was an onsite washer and dryer. This was not the case for our unit, but the property manager took care of this process for us using a local service to get our clothes laundered and returned in less than 24 hours at no charge. This is the first (and likely the last) time I've left a rating of 10. Plaza Huelen was outstanding.

This apartment is in a great location for traveling on foot to many attractions and is within a block or so of Line 1 of the Santiago Metro. We enjoyed the easy 10 minute walk to the Barrio Lastarria. The apartment is spacious and has plenty of living area, including 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, a large living room and dining table. There is an elevator in the building. Our host, Christian, could not have been more pleasant and helpful and speaks English well.

There is street noise, especially during the summer, so earplugs can be helpful while sleeping. The locks to both the street door and apartment door were sometimes difficult.

The apartment is located in an area that lets you access city sights, good food and good bars. The apartment is spacious and neat.
