The property is EXTREMELY CLEAN with amazing and super friendly and accommodating Hosts. We were made to feel very welcome as soon as we stepped through the door. AMAZING VIEWS from our room of the Dolomites. Very sweetly decorated. Lovely breakfast included which made heading out to start the day very easy. We chose to have Dinner there and it was delicious and very generous proportions. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend staying at this property. The FAVOURITE of our trip in Italy.

Andreas and Gabriella were really great hosts - very welcoming, fun, helpful and informative. We had dinner here one evening and it was delicious - it's not advertised but definitely worth asking about.

Unfortunately our room faced the main road through Colfosco which is probably fine in the winter but at this time of year (June) the noise from lorries and the endless motorbikes (quite a bit during the night but mostly from very early in the morning onwards) was incredibly loud and led to very disturbed sleeps for all 3 of us. The room was very warm but we ended up having to close the windows most nights because of the traffic noise which was a shame. I would definitely recommend trying to get a room at the back of the building if possible and unfortunately this issue would put me off staying there again. We also had a shared balcony (which was not made clear from the booking - it just said 'balcony', not shared) which was OK until the last morning at 7am when the smell of someone's cigarette was wafting into my room and there was a man on a chair literally outside my door onto the balcony having a cigarette - not great at any time but especially not at that time of the morning.
