Amazing stay at resort. Staff is attentive and polite. Many activities for kids as well as adults. Great views from cottages. Landscape is refreshing.

Allocated basic category room though i booked deluxe room and they responded that they provide deluxe room to there members. Then why i was allowed to book that room from agoda. I paid for that luxary which was not at all satisfactory. It was pathetic experience

We had extended our stay at Club Mahindra Manali. Resort is nice with great views but approach road is not in great condition. Overall good staff except they were short of drinking water on night after 10 PM and we were not informed even after reminders and I managed my own water from outside shop. Our vehicle was also damaged by resort staff while managing parking internally. Resort manager Mr Manish Khan has agreed to manage repairs on behalf of club Mahindra.
