The house and gardens were pretty and quiet, the rooms spacious and the beds comfortable. Our hosts were lovely - cordial but not intrusive. They recommended a nice dinner place and we enjoyed a walk around the surprisingly charming town of Listowel. Breakfast the next morning was wonderful, a full Irish breakfast and beautifully set table. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely breakfast, comfortable room with ensuite. Joan provided us with coffee making facilities as we are early risers. Nice lounge to relax in. Paved parking.
The compact room did not have enough outlets. We had to unplug bedside lamp to use kettle or hair dryer, as other plug was in use for charging electronics. A power bar/extension cord would solve that issue easily and allow two people to charge on their side of the bed. Our room was at the front of the house and there was some traffic noise, not enough to keep us awake, but noticeable as we drifted off and awoken.

Our room was lovely - very clean & comfortable. Our host was welcoming & the building was set way back from the road which was quiet in lively gardens. Our host recommended a good place to have dinner which was excellent. The breakfast was very good.
