Ogród i basen super, apartament ciemny, świetny podczas upałów, natomiast przy niższych temperaturach chłodny.
Zaraz za ogrodem były tory kolejowe i przejeżdżające pociągi hałasowały tak jak startujące odrzutowce. To było uciążliwe szczególnie nocą i nad ranem.
