Very good

The host Martino was very welcoming and informative. We were happy to learn that he does bike tours too! The apartment is a good size for a family of 4/5 with a kitchenette and view of the sea. We were in 25 min walking distance from the beach which is useful in August as there’s no space to park! We’ll happily stay again :-)

Apartment 1 Spartanische Einrichtung / Veraltet keine Kaffemaschine etc. zu Weit vom Strand entfernt obwohl mit 800 Distanz gepriesen wird. Mit Kindern eine ist es schwierig diesen Weg aufwärts zu bewältigen.

La posizione più alta rispetto al paese offre una bella vista, al mattino il sole sorge quasi fronte casa e tramonta alle spalle.

Ci piacerebbe molto tornare.

Abbiamo trascorso due meravigliose settimane di vacanza in famiglia nei due appartamenti dell'Agriturismo Rose di Pietra. Ci siamo sentiti tutti molto a nostro agio. Gli appartamenti sono confortevoli e arredati in modo funzionale. La vista è splendida e gli appartamenti si trovano in una posizione tranquilla. I proprietari e il personale sono molto disponibili. Il paese offre tutto ciò che si può desiderare e di cui si ha bisogno in vacanza.

Un tostapane sarebbe l'ideale.

Fantastisk!

Väldigt trevlig värd, trevligt boende, städat och fint. Finns en fantastisk grillplats med otrolig utsikt. Det var trappor ner till strandpromenaden så åker man med mindre barn och barnvagn blir det en del uppförsbacke, vi åkte med stora barn så för oss var det inte en utmaning.

Tutto! Sono stata 4 giorni insieme a mio marito. La struttura è splendida. Stile bungalow, quindi non bisogna aspettarsi una casa o camera d'albergo. Immersa nel verde e silenziosissima. Gli splendidi rumori della natura (ad esempio ranocchie) non si sentono da dentro casa perché gli infissi insonorizzano perfettamente. Non passano quasi macchine. Non si sente il treno..visto che la ferrovia in Liguria è onnipresente. Soffro di mal di schiena: materasso molto comodo e cuscini anche. Notti buone! Biancheria e asciugamani di ottimo cotone. C' erano anche le coperte. Acqua calda immediata. Cucina perfettamente attrezzata persino con tovaglia, canovacci e presine. Polvere da caffè, zucchero e moka. In bagno docciaschiuma, shampoo, cartigienica, asciugacapelli. All'esterno balconata deliziosa e abitabile con VISTA MARE. Oltre ad un patio personale nel verde. Zanzariere a tutte le finestre. Aria condizionata . C'era il posto per grigliare ma non ne abbiamo usufruito. Cos'altro? Posto auto. Il mare è il centro si raggiungono in una ventina di minuti a piedi (ovviamente il ritorno è in salita). Abbiamo chiesto di trovare al nostro arrivo un cestino di prodotti della casa, pagabili in loco, con verdure, vino, frutta e formaggio: squisiti e ben presentati. Check in superelastico. Mi sono letteralmente innamorata del posto. Erika, la titolare, si è sincerata con discrezione e sollecitudine che il soggiorno andasse bene.. Noi ritorneremo sicuramente

Il meteo non dei migliori...ma non è colpa della struttura. Ne abbiamo approfittato per visitare alcuni borghi splendidi.
