a nice stay

Very kind host, the apartment was clean, well equipped and in a quiet location, with a nice nature around.

Although the place was really pet-friendly, the two beaches for dogs where a bit far away and the main road wasn't very comfortable to walk with our little dog. Fortunately we found some alternative ways more comfortable and safe.

Appartamento Salvia

L'appartamento è in una zona tranquilla a 10min a piedi dal centro di Pietra Ligure e ai servizi utili. Proseguendo altri 5/10 min si raggiungono le spiagge. In macchina massimo 5min. È possibile usufruire del servizio navetta in determinati orari. Piccolo cortiletto con parcheggio riservato. Ho soggiornato con mio figlio e due cani un Labrador e un JackRussel. L'appartamento era piccolo e modesto ma molto pulito e con tutto il necessario. C'è un piccolo balcone al piano rialzato con tavolino e sedie. Nel mio l'aria condizionata non c'era ma c'erano due ventilatori. All'arrivo era presente sale, zucchero e caffè per moka, stoviglie e kit per pulizie, carta igienica e asciugacapelli. Piano cottura a gas e forno. Lenzuola e asciugamani non inclusi. La camera da letto ampia con letto matrimoniale più un letto singolo e armadio a due ante. SmartTv. È presente una piccola area verde con gazebo a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti. Valentina molto disponibile e gentile, ha sempre risposto con cortesia in caso di bisogno.

In realtà nulla di realmente negativo. Solo forse la doccia un po' piccina. La porta di ingresso da chiudere a chiave perché altrimenti si apre anche dall'esterno.

Heerlijke vakantie met weinig nederlandse toeristen.

Stadje en lekker strand op loopafstand. Leuk stadscentrum met hele vriendelijke mensen op terras en in winkeltjes. Eigenaresse was heel vriendelijk en deed echt haar best om er voor te zorgen dat we ons direct thuis voelden.

We zouden niks kunnen noemen.

La struttura si presenta gradevole, situata a circa 1 km dal centro, con una posizione complessivamente in linea con le aspettative.

L’appartamento, situato al primo piano e privo di impianto di climatizzazione, non ha soddisfatto le aspettative. Pur essendo indicata nell’annuncio la presenza di ventilatori, la soluzione si è rivelata inadeguata per un soggiorno nel periodo centrale di agosto, caratterizzato da temperature elevate. L’unità immobiliare, costantemente esposta al sole, risultava infatti eccessivamente calda e difficilmente vivibile durante l’intera giornata.

Ottima soluzione per le vacanze

Ci sono diversi appartamenti quello da noi utilizzato e' a piano terra rialzato (nominato basilico). Funzionale, senza pretese, molto pulito, zona silenziosa con la possibilità in circa 12 minuti a piedi di raggiungere il centro senza utilizzare l'auto lasciata nel parcheggio della struttura
