The location is very good, there were free parking places in front of the property. The area is not so busy for parking but very close to the beach. Very polite host during the check-in.

I have received a message that the checkout is at 11am but at 10.40am we were told by the host who was knocking at the door, that he was late with his schedule and we must hurry up and leave the apartment. We leaved the apartment exactly at 11.00am. That almost ruined our good impression.

The place is good for it's price

We stayed at the apartment on the top with the big balcony. It was clean and with a nice view. The location is also great.

The water pressure is inconsistent both for the hot and the cold water. It's an attic room which means it has low ceilings.

The WORST place we’ve ever stayed at!

Nothing, really!

On good days there is no hot water. On bad days there is not ANY water. There are ants in at least two of the apartments, crawling in from multiple holes in the walls. The ventilation in the toilet doesn't work. It is impossible to sleep with the windows open, because of the constant loud traffic and music from the main street in front. There is a restaurant with live music across the street where the singing continues past midnight every day. There is neither dish soap nor a sponge in the kitchen. We were only afforded 1 roll of toilet paper per week for 4 people. Also only 1 tiny piece of soap. There is not even a hook to hold the shower head. All bathing is a challenge. The air conditioner stops when you are out, so it's searing hot inside every time you come back. The host keeps going inside uninvited - not to clean up or resupply but to open up the sun blinds, ensuring it's even hotter afterward. On one of those unsolicited visits, he rudely commanded me to throw out the trash. The place is tiny, just enough to hold the beds. We were constantly tripping over our own luggage. There is no sound insulation between the two rooms and the bathroom so you can forget about any privacy. There is no WiFi on the top floor. The enclosed pictures of the apartment were probably how it looked when it was built decades ago. Now everything is old, rusty and falling apart. This is now just cheap hole. Problem is, it’s not cheap at all and there are even luxurious villas in Nea Peramos costing less. We considered just moving out and looking for another place, but of course, there is a "no money back" policy. Any one of those is more than enough to spoil your vacation. You've been warned!

I highly recommend this apartment

The apartment is located on the main street, literally no way to miss. The view from the balcony is stunning (I would like to see the sea every morning when I wake up) I literally took coffee from the coffee under the apartment every morning, and the mini market is very well stocked. I noticed other tourists shopping from it as well as locals. The apartment is clean, the bathroom is normally equipped. The only thing that was unpleasant but not the fault of the owner is a restaurant across the beach which is something like a disco (for a stay of 6 days only 2 nights was very noisy music). Everything is literally 5 minutes from the apartment as a location. The hospitality of the host and his attitude are excellent. If I may summarize I highly recommend this apartment and host.

Very nice Place to stay

Location was very good. Everthing nearby. It was not highseason therefore very quite :-) .our room was on the top with a huge teras beautiful view. Market next to the Appartment (tasty Omlettes).Room was very clean and comfortable. Host was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Ilyas would love to come again...

If you just pass the place, the room is OK but not for a longer stay

The room was very clear, the view was very nice, there was a nice balcony, a lot of restaurants around

The bed was broken or poorly constructed, we fell 3 times during the night - I informed the host in the morning and he said I know, but if he knows, why didnt he repair it??? The noise during the night coming from the refrigerators of the shop below in a combination with the broken bed was too much indeed. There were some reparation works performed in the next room during the day. There was no hot water (and hardly any water) in the morning. Finally, the host called me on viber and started shouting that I had not washed a plate and two forks - with no warm water and no soap available..... he noted that I would be blacklisted and he would make sure that I would not be admitted to this facility never ever again.. and all this because of a plate and two forks :)

The room was very small and dirty. The bathroom too. The bed is constantly falling apart. There are many parasites - spiders, flies, mosquitoes. There was no hot water and no shower pressure. There are no windows or lighting in the corridor and it is completely dark. It's very noisy.

It was difficult to find the host when arrived. The ceiling was very low and the window in the bedroom was on the ceiling and cannot open. If you are very tall, it doesnt work. Only one toilet paper left for the whole stay A bit noisy because there is a bar nearby.

Old furniture, small bathroom, no shampoo, no shower gel. We have found hair (pubicals) on the toilet seat. Only 1 toilet peper. The property is very close to the night club and at night is noisy.

Ние бяхме в малка двойна стая на първия етаж с изглед към морето. Сутрин виждахме изгрева на слънцето над морето от терасата. Посрещна ни собственика.Той ни даде ключа и ни показа стаята. Имаше необходимите удобства за една почивка за хора на нашата възраст. В стаята има малък кухненски бокс, с котлон, ел.кана , тиган, чинии, чаши и прибори за хранене. Има хладилник и кличатик. Имахме непрекъснато топла вода. Плажа е съвсем близо- на 50м от къщата. На плажа има чадъри и шезлонги,които се ползват само като се заплаща консумацията. Собственика беше любезен. Организира ни разходка с лодка по наше желание. Препоръчваме ви разходка с лодката на Марио. Колата си паркирахме безплатно на паркинг срещу къщата. В къщата има магазинче и ресторантче от вида бийч барове. Наоколо има приятни ресторантчета за хапване. Ние сме много доволни от дните, през които бяхме в Неа Перамос. Препоръчваме за хранене освен бийч баровете Кfsmos и Το Καβούρι', ресторант Мira- Mare, Анатолий, Апомеро.

Няма ютия и сешоар във всяка стая. Но при поискване собственика ги осигурява. Ако искате да готвите няма сушка за измитите съдове. Миризмата на пържена риба,ако има други почиващи,които готвят. Ние се хранехме навън.

Se da por hora de salida a las 10 am. A las 9.50hs ya nos estaba llamando el sr Leonidas otra que dejásemos el piso y a las 10.05hs lo teníamos metido dentro del piso sin previo aviso y sin preguntar si estábamos vestidos o no, metiendo prisa para que lo dejasemos. Con suerte para nosotros teníamos todo a punto para salir pero no he encontrado ético que se presentase dentro sin avisar.

Nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt a házigazda, mindenkinek nyugodt szívvel ajánlom, nagyon korrektek! ;) ++++++

Nekem személy szerint hiányzott egy ruhaakasztó a szobából és néhány törülköző akasztó a fürdőszobából. Ettől kicsit rendetlenség érzetem volt, de amúgy nagyon klassz hely.
