Sehr umfassend ausgestattete Wohnung mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Lage am Seepark ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten. Nette und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin
Durch die Lage direkt neben einem Supermarkt und in Hörweite des Bahnhofs ist es nicht sehr ruhig - wer lärmempfindlich ist, wird sich wahrscheinlich am Anlegerverkehr und dem tutenden Rasenden Roland stören

Die Lage war sehr gut.
Leider war das Studio unter dem Dach, bei der Hitze nicht so schön. Die Küchenausstattung war auch nicht ausreichend.

Alles was netjes geregeld en schoon. Verder een erg goede locatie! Overdag is er rond Sellin veel te doen en erg mooie natuur.
Wij hadden verwacht dat er een balkon zou zijn. Helaas was dit er niet. Ik dacht dat ik dit wel gelezen had in de beoordelingen en gezien op een van de foto's. Daarnaast is er in de avond erg weinig te doen. Zowel in Sellin als heel Rugen. Rond 22.00 uur is alles dicht.
