Hoang Trinh Hotel Hoi An

The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was great. The location was brilliant, and the room was very large...with a giant bathroom and a balcony with a view of the city and the Confucious Shrine.

Rooms were very clean; the hotel had a very nice feeling with places to relax outside of the rooms.

Lin took great care of us upon arrival and throughout our stay with lots of recommendations for great Tailors in the city as well as activities that she can help organize. The other staff were also friendly and welcoming and attentive. The Hotel is immaculate with a great breakfast, restaurant, cafe and bar options. The pool was lovely and clean and you are provided towels for when using it. The Hotel is in a quiet street and has quick access to the old town and surrounding areas. The room was lovely and spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything was perfect with our stay and we would definitely be back and recommend those coming to Hoi An to stay here. Great location close to Old Town but still not busy or noisy. Friendly staff.

Beds were very hard. We were offered to change room and the bed had a 1cm think extra matress. Better but still hard. Breakfast buffé had many choices but hot good was not hot( only warmish) and cold food was not cold. Fruits were good. With all that staff why not made egg dishes on order instead of having fries eggs not feeling hot enough. Also twice did clearing staff Walk into the room with us still in bed. Air condition not making rooms cold enough.
