Είχε εύκολο δωρεάν πάρκινγκ κοντά στο δωμάτιο. Ήταν κοντά σε πολλά αξιοθέατα της πόλης. Είχε πολύ ωραίες παπλωματοθήκες!

Host je izuzetno ljubazan i predusretljiv da pomogne, npr oko parkinga. Lokacija stana je odlicna, na pola puta izmedju Maksimira i Trga Bana Jelacica, dakle samog centra. U okolini ima prodavnica. Stan je cist a narocito bih istakla predivno ciste i meke bele peskire, savreseni.
Stan ne odgovara realnim slikama sa sajta, mnogo je mracniji, kako je u suterenu. Stan je cist ali dosta star. Ne bih rekla da stan ima i 30m2, svakako je pogodan za maksimalno dvoje a vec i sa detetom tu bas oskudeva prostor. Bilo bi dobro da taj jedan odvojen krevet bude bar u naznakama odvojen nekom predgradom, ili bar trpezarija, ovako su svi delovi stana, osim kupatila u 1 prostoriji.
