A warm welcome from Mr. Hugo, who during our stay was ready to help us and advise us on interesting trips. A beautiful garden with equipment for children (playground, slide...) and a great pool. The house has a great atmosphere.

Hugo, the host, very warmly welcomed us to his stunning villa, despite us coming very late. We thoroughly enjoyed our wonderful stay and regretted not staying longer.
The villa is immaculate, spacious and quite traditional. The stone build kept the villa cool. Kitchen is well equipped, huge and we used it often.
It is the grounds that really made this place special. They are extensive, extremely well maintained and completely secluded, with many areas to sit and relax! There was a mini football pitch, swimming pool and other facilities that were used often by our kids. Just stunning! Only thing a missing is a proper outdoor BBQ area but I'm only nit-picking here as a small bbq was available.
Hugo made sure we were well looked after and was always within reach to provide helpful information and plan visits. I would recommend a car as there are plenty of places to visit in the surrounding area.
Really recommend this place and thanks again to Hugo and his family for making our stay special!

Hidden treasure!!! Casa de Panque is a must visit, it's an immaculately kept property set within the most beautiful surroundings. I've just returned to England today after visiting Portugal for the annual dance World Cup competitions which were situated in Braga. Casa de Panque was ideally situated for us with a 30 min drive to the main hussle and bussle of Braga we were quickly away again to the peaceful villa for quiet family time. The Villa comfortably housed 2 adults and my children 18, 14, 13, 12, 11 and 10 there are also facilities to be able to increase on these numbers should you need to. Our host Hugo was very attentive, full of very valuable information able to converse easily in English which certainly made our lives easier and his lovely wife bought us local delicacies hand made so that we could experience a taste of Portugal food. Great base to explore Portugal or alternatively stay at for a complete relaxing getaway from the hustle of life. Totally recommend!!
