Right in the middle of old Stone Town, yet very quiet. The personnel is very friendly and the management made every of our extras wishes come true. We could check in earlier to set up a business call, got a parking space for our rental motorbike, extra towels were provided. All while the cost of the accommodation was very reasonable.
The heritage of the house clearly comes at the price of stairs.

Good service. The manager was very nice, she was always trying to make us feel comfortable. We asked for transportation, she quickly got it. Needed exchange money, she went herself to do it. Gertrud is the best.
Steps... too many.. too steep. Kitchen need more options for food and drinks.

Perfect location
Bathrooms could use an upgrade. Toilet was cracked,basin was unstable and room needs a deep clean. Breakfast was below average, could have improved their Breakfast selection.
