    Very near to the hawker stalls and night market.

    It's a windowless small room, which I knew, but the amenities were minimal: no slippers (not even disposable ones), just one small paper cup (for both drinking and teeth-brushing?), no door sign to put out to indicate the need for cleaning (or at least, towel changing for 5 nights?). The room might suffice for a solo traveller who just needs nothing more than a bed and a place to shower, but I felt pretty uncomfortable staying in that room -- though if the rate were something like USD50/night, I would say it would be a pretty good deal. But no, I wouldnt want to stay in that room again.
