In general - a good hotel with a reasonable price. It should be fine for a short stays.

Cons: *there are enough parking spots behind the hotel as well as municipal parking is nearby *very nice Atspas beach is in a walking distance - it looks marvelous with clear water and fine sparkling sand *nice restaurants with a large portions (especially Lagos) and bakeries nearby *this is a nice fishing spot for ultralight - had great experience there (all other spots we attended were not as great as this one). Beware of rocky bottom

The room is very small (same for the bathroom - had to turn the body to sit there..). The furniture is quite old and squeaky, and the mattress is quite hard. AC is somewhat noisy, however we are using earplugs to sleep so it was fine. Kitchen stuff is limited: cooking panel, couple pots, plates and cutlery, kettle (no pan though). Although this is ok for a short stay considering the price. There was a strange payment procedure as the hotel couldn't check out our card via booking.com - they were asking to transfer deposit to their IBAN, however the owner agreed to go ahead without deposit after discussion (although Booking support advised the procedure is ok since it was an official communication via Booking chat). Hopefully they'll fix that next year. Cons: *despite claiming cleaning is done daily, that wasn't true. We had a single cleaning done during out 5 night stay (and I tend to believe it happened since we explicitly asked for that) *in addition to above, I have a strong feeling the room wasn't prepared well for the stay cause room and shower has plenty of sand and some glasses had lipstick on it *same for bath towels - despite claiming that they are changed daily, ours were changed once (during the single room service) *bad wifi connection at the third floor

Pleasant

The view was very nice and the house was in front of the sea.

The room was very claustrophobic. Not only in size but as well and height too. The ceiling height was around 2 meters and I am not a tall person and was able to touch the ceiling without trouble. Nowhere was said that the room is so small in height. The bathroom was absolutely claustrophobic too. On other hand the owner wanted to hold my Id card for a while besides he had all the information from booking. This didn't happened on the my other stays in Thassos only at this hotel.

Exceptional

We loved the time spent at Sunset Studios. We thank you Sofia and Dimitris for everything. They are amzing and really kind and they helped us with whatever we needed. Actually, they made us love the greek spirit. There was peace and quiet which we were looking for this holiday. The room had air conditioning which helped immensely during 26 degrees nights.Everything is perfect if you are looking for a holiday away from technology, so you can enjoy nature and life itself. We'll come back with the first occasion.

We enjoyed every minute on Thasos!

Hosts are wonderful and willing to help at any time. The balcony has beautiful see view and sunset scenery is amazing. Breakfast is served at nice terrace , and extra cup of coffee is not a problem. Breakfast is served, and is not self service. During first half of september, there was plenty of parking area around the apartments, so parking was not an issue at any time. Center of the village is 3min walk away with great restaurants with good see food. Another 3 minutes, and you reach city main beach. Great value for money.

The only problem for me was very small shower , but i am a really tall man, so maybe for you it will work out.

The hosts were very friendly and supportive. The location was nice, close to everything but also with a good enough distance from the noisy centre.

I did not like the room, it was very small. There was a kitchen but no table so I had to eat on the bed. The bathroom was extremely small, so I would make a mess every time I used it. I found the price not reflecting the room. I would have a better feeling about the smallness of the room, if I had payed 2/3 of the price. To be fair, the 18 sq.m. area of the room was within the information displayed in booking.com, but I did not spot it.

Excelent value for money. Tiny room but clean.

The hosts very friendly. Very clean room. Rooms where cleaned almost everyday. The balcony is generous. The tiny kitchen equiped with everything you need.

The studio with balcony room was very small with a tiny bathroom. Almost no place for storage. The beach is at around 0.5 - 1km away.

Ne-am bucurat de peisaj si liniste.

Este o locatie excelenta pentru un sejur la mare. Pe terasa existenta te poti bucura de apusul soarelui si de un peisaj minunat. Gazda este binevoitoare si receptiva la toate cerintele. Am primit cate un cadou la plecare. Minunat. Recomand aceasta locatie pentru oricine doreste sa se bucure de linistea marii si relaxare.
