Location, comfort and all the equipment that it had in it.
The wifi was a bit weak in some parts of the house, near the router it worked without any issues

Everything was new, with good taste and quality. Also spotless clean. Also with 3 nice terraces. It had also a dishwashing machine in the kitchen and a washing machine and a clothes dryer in the bathroom, so it was well equipped.
Everything was ok. The only thing that wasn't ok and bothered me, was that the coffee filters were over 🤣
