It was a nice and pleasant stay
Overall I like the place. We rented 2 apartments Ground floor and Pent house. Ground floor apartment is really big one, we liked it. The place was super clean, beds were comfy, Bathroom was also very clean.
There were couple of small things: We didn't get any toiletries. I was expecting them but no big deal. Few things were missing in a kitchen like chopping board. There were no wifi details mentioned, we need to ask them via phone. All other instructions were only in German, instructions in English would have surely helped. We need to collect the keys from one location and return to another.

Completely restored new building, large rooms, great service, WiFi, perfect location.
We booked 4 rooms for 4 couples ( 2 with balcony, 1 penthouse and 1 ground floor. Finally, by the arrival we only received 1 room with balcony, 1 room without balcony (both with separate bathrooms) and 1 large penthouse (for 2 families) with only 1 bathroom (!!!). One more minor thing : we had to sleep at the sofa (instead of bed), which was very hard... We were proposed to have 2 apartments at other building on a distance, but we wanted to stay together in one building... So, I would suggest, contact the host in advance and make sure, you get a room with bed and separate bathroom !

Exceptional
The hosts were very friendly, we could check in an hour later after having contact with them, it was no problem. The apartment and place to get the keys were easy to find and not far from each other. Very clean at arrival, and a nice location. Close to Cochem and the waterside and a bakery nearby.
Nothing, maybe the blankets were bit to hot in summer but that is personal preference.

Niet het appartement waarvoor ik geboekt en betaald heb!
Ik had geboekt en betaald voor een groter appartement (45m2) met balkon in het gebouw en bij aankomst lag de sleutel klaar van het kleinere dakappartement zonder balkon. De eigenares zei dat het al verhuurd was en gaf mij een fles wijn als verontschuldiging.
