Fantastic family villa with lots of space and a great pool. Mardi and her staff were amazing in attending to our every need sometimes before we even knew we needed it. Every day the villa was cleaned beautifully, Mardi and Adi cooked dinner for us one night. Our laundry was done, massages were organised, cars were booked and we had a really lovely week. We also loved the separate master and sitting room as it gave a quiet cool place for anyone who wanted it.

The mosquitos! As there is a permanently open area upstairs they come in to the house and there are a lot. I had to ask for spray twice. This was the only thing missing. The other thing was the lack of ability to lock the main door and some of the bedroom doors. The gate is locked so you feel secure but we had toddlers with us and wanted to ensure they couldn’t get out to the pool when we slept as there are no pool fences in Bali. We were unable to lock the room they were in and there wasn’t a key for the main exit door.

fancy large modern houses with own small swimming pools.

too much traffic on the road that leads here, takes hours just to get in and out. the entrance floods under rain. there is no lobby/waiting area. bad parking for juts one or two cars, need to back up several times. a bit pricey for the area/facilities. staff speaks bad to no English.
