I proprietari della struttura molto gentili e accoglienti, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Posto molto bello, immerso negli ulivi, sulle colline intorno a Montefalco.

La piscina è stupenda! La location immersa fra gli ulivi, la cura per l'esterno: ombrelloni di paglia, lettini in legno, tende bianche, vasi fioriti... meravigliosa! I proprietari persone estremamente disponibili e ospitali. Le torte della colazione squisite.
I bagni (vetusti), le lenzuola sintetiche, la pulizia non adeguata, ma soprattutto il forte odore di sigaretta negli ambienti comuni (sala colazione compresa). L'impossibilità di effettuare pagamenti elettronici.
