Apartments Benutic-Lalini

Kaunis maisema parvekkeelta. Mukava asunnon omistaja. Palvelut vieressä. Helppo kulkea julkisilla välineilläkin. Viihtyisä huoneisto. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin ja auttoi kuuman aikana saamaan sopivan lämpötilan.

Kirkonkellojen soittaminen aamusta iltaan. Varma aamuherätys klo 6.00 :)). Asia ei ole huoneiston syytä.

Location was excellent,overlooking the seafront with great sea views,close to a very good choice of bars and restaurants and to local shops and to a market selling fresh fruit and veg.Plenty of space for the two of us,with a large lounge/kitchen area as well as a good-sized bedroom and bathroom.Bed was large and comfortable.The terrace had sun for most of the day and was not overlooked by any other building.A great bonus was the really good washing machine,allowing us to wash clothes whenever needed.The owner,Silvia,was so kind and helpful to us.The family provided transport to and from the airport,which was greatly appreciated.Everything in the apartment was very clean and well-kept.

One slight problem was the concrete beam at the front of the terrace,a hazard at times because we several times banged our heads on it!There are 56 steps up a spiral staircase to get to the apartment,quite an effort getting heavy cases in and out,and more of a problem for older people.Apart from these,all was excellent for us.

The terrace with panorama to the see and the town was amazing. The appartment was well equipment and very comfortable. The location was great, above the promenade and restaurants even so it was calm.
