Nino's Apartments

Apartmán je priestranný, dve klímy čo bolo super. Kuchynka vybavená štandardne. Majiteľ milý, snažil sa nám vykompenzovať chýbajúce parkovanie.

Problém je, že majiteľ uvádza parkovisko ale parkovanie je veľký problém. 30Eur/1deň alebo cca 2km od ubytovania. Toto bolo pre mňa veľké sklamanie a šok.

Avrei preferito trovare dell’acqua in frigo e accessori per la spiaggia,come un ombrellone Ma non è stato un problema trovare degli shop in zona

Ha un terrazzo con una bella vista e l’appartamento è a due passi dalla spiaggia.

Il bagno è un po’ antico tra la doccia che si staccano i pannelli e la finestra devi aprirla con la mazza. Però tra qualità e prezzo è equo.

The location was conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Had a Deco supermarket within 5 mins. Also nice was the nearby bar Baretto for morning granita and brioche. It was easy to get in and out of the apartment. Also free city parking (blue lines) is located pretty close. We always found a spot and we were end of June time period. The air conditioning worked well. I saw another post suggesting a fan in the bedrooms to help circulate the air. The owners are very pleasant and respond almost immediately to any question.

My advise is to pay more attention when booking the room. If you want a sea view, or a stand up shower there is a specific room you have to choose even if the pictures show you all the options. Also, if you are tall the terrace is maybe not the best choice as the ceilings are slanted and you have to sit to use bathtub. Not best for someone with bad back or knees. But nice if you have kids. The terrace is too hot to enjoy. Needs an umbrella over it to enjoy.
