    Stayed for 6 nights. Good location for all areas of Pattaya beach. Staff were excellent and very helpful with any queries. Hotel had started a renovation during our stay so several areas, like the main restaurant and swimming pool were not available to use so we had less facilities to access, however I’m sure that when complete this will add to a positive experience. Would stay again if in the area.

    Great breakfast, so variety of food. The pool is the highlight, so fun. The location is amazing, you can walk to the sea, terminal 21. The room has many things broken. The handheld bidet and refrigerator are broken. Not working and not cold. The room is a bit small but ok. Near 7-11.

    Our stay at Mercure Pattaya was disappointing. The ongoing construction created a lot of noise throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet had very limited options, and the facilities felt old and in need of renovation. The adult pool was also inaccessible, which was a letdown. Lastly, the front office staff were not very welcoming or friendly. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations.
