This ground floor condo situated directly on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico has sweeping views, and your own patio so you can walk right out to the white sandy beach! At 840 square feet, you will enjoy the 1 bedroom, along with a hallway bunk alcove and 2 bathrooms. This beautiful condo will sleep up to 6 people. It features luxury plank flooring thru out the condo and a living/dining room looking right out to your patio and steps from the pool. The fully equipped, updated kitchen with Granite counter tops will be a joy to entertain in. This condo also has a washer/dryer for your convenience. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. So, come relax and enjoy this beach front condo that also offers a heated Beach Side swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a gas grill area for your use. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

We love coming to Destin and the Destin Beach Club every year. A week is never enough but very enjoyable when were here.Our room has been great each year. Just the right size and location. Could use a new mattress in the bedroom. In Chicago, we call those sink holes in the middle. Other than that, a great unit.

The location, price, and scenery afforded here was great. Be prepared, there are not a lot of small amenities provided, so come with dish soap, extra towels, coffee and coffee filters. Even though it's advertised as having all the pots and pans you need to cook with, what they really mean is you can boil water and there are no lids for anything. Fortunately Walmart is just a mile away and you can get what you need.
Overall, the room and grounds were clean, and the beach was wonderful. As long as you know that you'll be providing some of the small things (coffee filters/coffee/dish soap/shampoo/food containers and cooking gear) and to bring extra towels (they do charge for more), it should be a decent stay.
