We picked this place as a basecamp to visit Dubrovnik. It's functional for this purpose, the bed is comfy, the room is small but could fit our luggage, the bathroom was small but good. It was a good deal for just one night.
Strict check-in policies (you can't get in before 3 PM but need to checkout at 10 AM); we were in room 1 that overlooks the road, noisy all night, and the balcony was exposed to scorching heat in the morning since there is no shade. I would ask for a room looking at the sea if available. Noisy fridge was quite inconvenient too, I can't say I had a good sleep night; we asked the owners if we could use the large tables inside the building to have breakfast under a shade and it was not allowed. Towels were quite old and stained.

Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, hat uns Teller und Besteck geliehen. Das Bad war neu renoviert und okay. Die Lage ist gut, obwohl direkt an der Straße gelegen war es relativ ruhig.
Keine Ausstattung fürs Frühstück vorhanden, keine Teller, kein Besteck etc. Matratzen alt, durchgelegen, schmutzig. Der beschriebene Meerblick war nicht mehr vorhanden, da die Bäume mittlerweile zu hoch sind.
