Good location,- a little cold.

Great views and a comfortable apartment - nice kitchen and big area for lounge/dining. The bathroom was very good in the ensuite room and my colleague was happy with the other one.

No light bulb in the 2nd bedroom and overall the apartment was cold considering it was the middle of December with cold air coming in around the windows.

Not happy

Don’t stay here. They will take a deposit of £100 and not return it. A couple that were travelling couldn’t do this for genuine reasons and the reception man kicked them out and made them find somewhere else to stay. I do not recommend

The place was disgusting, holes in walls, blood on radiator, dirty walls, cupboard doors hanging off, rusty bath and the limescale on the shower was Rank!! The mattress was not fit for a Dog!!

I'd read terrible reviews of her but out apartment was spotless. Location was excellent.

We didn't use the parking because £20 is a terrible rate. There is a Handy Park parking space just beside it that charged max £5. I didn't like the way the £100 deposit was taken. No credit card payment for that is very dodgy. That would put me off coming back. I got the full amount back but have read many reviews where that was a big issue. Safety is a big concern. The front door is just left open. Anyone can access the loft and the floors.

I was accused wrongly of things with no said evidence or proof and my £100 deposit retained I would steer clear of this place I will be taking them to the small claims court for my deposit and libel damages 😡

nothing at all, the best thing was leaving and booking another hotel room

we weren't given the property we booked we were notified an hour before check in! . we complained to the reception staff and they said it was due to maintenance. we booked on the 1st of October and were told an hour before due to maintenance all of a sudden? they threatened to cancel on us and then quickly after offered us the original hotel room we booked? this seems to be an appeared lie because how can maintenance be done after a day? we agreed to stay in a Lisburn road apartment for 1 night and the bel for one night. the one in Lisburn we were given had a cannabis joint in the apartment as well all over the floor and it smelling everywhere. there was opened dog food left in a cupboard in the kitchen which was disgusting. my girlfriend got sick from the smell. they said via WhatsApp it was a luxury apartment. it has holes in the sofa, hair in the shower to name a few. they said house keeping will be there soon which isn't good enough at all. the so called reception staff via WhatsApp were extremely rude and they completely ruined the holiday all together. I asked for a manager which they refused the first time by ignoring the message. I asked again and they said through booking.com is the only way. this is a lie as I found the senior commercial managers number and email via their Facebook page. we plan to get in contact. we read that people aren't getting £100 pound deposits back either, if we don't have our we would definitely report to the police.

The rooms were very disappointing. They were unhygenic, public hairs & grime in the bathroom. The maintenance was poor- door had been kicked through & a wardrobe hanging off the wall that was a safety risk. We were then moved rooms where some sterling board was used to cover a hole in the wall, no light working & the shower was extremely noisy & poor flow. Overall the rooms were unable to meet hygiene, comfort or safety. We could not have been more unsatisfied with the room & images/videos for examples.

The cleanliness of the property was absolutely disgusting. Walls marked with dirt in hall, bedroom, bathroom & living room area. Bed covers stained with black marks, headboard dirty & full of dust. Bedroom & living room blinds not working properly or able to fully close. Lamp shade in bedroom cracked & broken (taped together), light in living room not working properly, lamp in living room no bulb. Floors in kitchen/dining room area dirty & sticky. Faeces noted to toilet bowl on arrival.

The check in was supposed to be at 15:00 hours, they kept me waiting almost 40 min (15:40) as they didn’t have the keys ready. The bedroom was extremely noisy, it’s in front of the highway so was not possible to rest.

I arrived late to check in. On entering the apartment all the windows were open and it stank of body odour. A person or people were in that apartment right up until the moment I arrived. Over priced. Extremely early check out. Mixed communication on check out. Visable vomit stains in the hallway beside the lift.

cleanliness was severely lacking, shower actually sprays in all directions the line scale is that thick on the head, the bin had an eyelash and plaster stuck t to them none of the furniture had been moved to clean the sofa bed doesn’t pull out there was rubbish down the side of the cushions dirty dishes put away vending machines were turned off unless you asked for them to be turned on it then takes another 5 minutes for it to load it’s turned off when reception leaves even though it’s the time people are mostly coming back and require a drink or snack, staff left 2 hours earlier than meant to, the windows and doors keep no sound out whatsoever i could hear a tin rolling on the pavement at 2am with the windows closed every door that opens on the floor you can hear.

was very quiet near city centre. Had everything you would need good value for money if staying for longer. I was only staying for one night. Loved that there was a table and chairs so could sit down and eat and seats very comfortable.

This place was good value for money and will be great with a few finishing touches/repairs done.

The rooms were clean and we had a fridge and heating. The beds were very clean and comfortable and there were showers in both bathrooms. We had a kettle to make drinks and a tv too.

The blinds were broken in my bedroom so I had to get dressed in the bathroom. The bath plug was broken so I had to shower instead. The shower cubicle stuck a bit in my friend's room and I thought that I was locked in on one occasion.

Dirty and Disappointing.

The location was great for concerts/events at the SSE Arena, as well as access to the city centre. I would only ever book this again for the convenience of the location, but not for the accommodation/hosts themselves.

When booking, I was offered an upgrade to a sea-view room, which I accepted as this was exactly what I was looking for. We were visiting for my boyfriend's birthday, and I had told him I booked a sea-view etc. When we arrived, I quickly discovered that our view was only of the Royal Mail delivery depot! When I spoke to the receptionist, I explained the situation politely and asked if they could help resolve it. The receptionist told me that all of the sea-view rooms were reserved for long-term bookings. When I explained that it was for a birthday and I had specifically chosen this accommodation because of the upgrade, she very rudely quoted how much I'd paid for the booking, saying that I couldn't expect a sea-view for the normal price of a room. I was very let down by the lack of room avbailibilty as well as the rudeness of the receptionist. The cleanliness in the rooms was unacceptable. One of the windows was broken, and therefore, the room was absolutely freezing. The kitchenware (glasses, etc) was not clean. The headboard had so much dust on the top of it, and there were visible stains on the bedsheets. The showerhead was attached permanently to the top of the shower, so you could not take it off/move it around. Upon booking, we were told that check-out was 11 am; however, when checking in, we were informed that it was 10 am. Overall, the place felt really dirty and was absolutely nothing special. I wouldn't reccomend.

Good location, spacious apartment with plenty room.

Apartments could do with a facelift but done for what we needed though some of the blind slats were missing so very bright early in the morning! Poor lass on reception held it well as there was a big queue to check in with lots of complaints. 1 couple had been double booked so had to find alternative accommodation! Cash only or bank transfer for security deposits (no card payments) which was rather concerning but thankfully deposits were paid back accordingly. Sofa beds weren't the best, could do with a lot of investment as they have lots of potential.

It was clean on first impression but when you looked closer nothing was really cleaned properly for a long time and zero regular maintenance. Vinyl in the bathroom was taped down and some furniture was broken and light switches broken. Staines on furniture and walls including hair remaining from previous guests. Also deposit was either cash or bank transfer. Highly unprofessional.
