Overall we enjoyed our stay in Liora. It was right decision to choose this appartment.

This appartment has a great terrace. Very quiet place, 10-15 min walk from center of Protaras. Well equiped kitchen with all what you might need. Thanks to Olena and other staff who were in contact with us and reacted quickly to all out requests.

We couldn't enjoy terrace when was dark as there were a lot of mosquitoes. Some of them were also inside of the appartment

Outstanding terrace with amazing views and greenery! Midterm house cleaning service is also nice.

Mosquito nets in windows would help. Dinning table on the terrace would be also nice, the table there is quite low for eating.

There was no air conditioning in the living room. This is unacceptable. Also, they took the deposit for the room AFTER we left the room and said they would return it in a few days, even though they checked that everything was ok on departure.

Ausblick traumhaft, Inneneinrichtung ist das Geld nicht wert, insgesamt schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen schönen Ausblick aufs Meer. Jeden Morgen kann man einen herrlichen Sonnenaufgang beobachten. Es gibt mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten auf der Terrasse und obwohl das Haus mitten in einem Wohngebiet liegt, war es wirklich extrem ruhig. Das Wohngebiet ist zudem sehr gepflegt und man kann in ca. 10 - 15 Minuten zu Fuß den Ort erreichen, um das Nachtleben mitzumachen. Dort gibt es viele Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte. Die Strände sind sehr schön mit hellem Sand und glasklarem Wasser. 2 Liegen mit Sonnenschirm haben nur 7,50 Euro gekostet. Toiletten und Umkleideräume sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Küche der „Villa“ ist gut ausgestattet. Genügend Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe, Pfannen etc. waren vorhanden. Ebenfalls eine Nespresso-Maschine. Jedoch sind nur 2 Tassen vorhanden, die unter die Maschine passen. Zur Begrüßung fanden wir 1 Flasche Wasser, Milch, Saft, Wein, Toast und Marmelade. Die Klimaanlage läuft sehr leise. Die Matratzen sind super, es gibt für jede Person 2 Kopfkissen.

Die Unterkunft ist ungepflegt, Oberflächen sind fleckig und schmierig (s. Foto 1 und 4), Krümel in der Küchenschublade, Staub in der Schlafzimmerecke, Schimmel an einigen Silikonfugen in Küche und Bad. Der „Grill“ auf der Terrasse hat seinen Namen nicht verdient. Verrostet, ohne Grillrost und überwuchert von Dornensträuchern! (s. Foto 2 und 3) Die Sträucher um das Haus wuchern wild und werden nicht bewässert, alles war vertrocknet im Gegensatz zu den angrenzenden Nachbargrundstücken. Die Fenster- bzw. Fensterläden sind teilweise nicht oder nur halb zu öffnen, weil z.B. in der Küche der Wasserhahn, im Schlafzimmer das Bett und im Wohnzimmer außen die Sträucher im Wege sind. Ebenfalls lassen sie sich nur sehr schwer öffnen und schließen. Es gibt keine (!) Mückennetze. Infolgedessen kleben in jedem Raum viele totgeschlagene Mücken an den Wänden. Die Balkontür ist von außen nicht genügend zu schließen, um Mücken fernzuhalten während man auf der Terrasse sitzt. Nachts die Fenster geöffnet zu lassen war aus diesem Grunde auch unmöglich. Der Perlator am Wasserhahn in der Küche fehlte und wurde trotz Bemängelung nicht angebracht, so dass uns das Wasser ständig auf die Kleidung spritzte. Im Kühlschrank gab es kein Licht, er war sehr stark vereist. Toaster und Wasserkocher besaßen keinen Adapter, so dass wir sie am ersten Tag nicht benutzen konnten. Adapter wurden dann am zweiten Tag nachgereicht. Ein Wäscheständer ist verfügbar, jedoch keine Klammern. Die könnten wir uns doch in jedem Supermarkt kaufen, lautete die Antwort auf unsere Nachfrage. Sonnenschutz gibt es auf der Terrasse nicht, daher war es nicht möglich, dort zu frühstücken. Antwort der Verwaltung auf Nachfrage: „Wir brauchen die Sonne“. Im Bad und in einem der Schlafzimmer gibt es keine Steckdosen. Keine Steckdose in Spiegelnähe! Also Fönen ohne Spiegel! Ein No-go für mich, dass mich sehr aufgeregt hat. Es gibt keine Nachttischlämpchen und keinen Lichtschalter für die Deckenlampe am Bett.
