Nice stay

Location was peaceful & quiet and with in walking distance to the main strip. Good sunbathing area's. Sunbeds were comfortable. Pool was refreshing and good size. Bath & shower facilities good. Sizeble clean kitchen areas and good cooking facilities, fab size fridge and freezer. Tv & air-conditioning all worked well. Window shutters kept the rooms cool. Lovely welcome package, which was great when you arrive very late evening.

Sofa's and beds were not comfortable. Had to fold the duvet over from another bed and lay on that as very hard mattress, could do with upgrading. No proper duvet covers just a large sheet folded over which kept getting tangled up. Could not use the bbq as the racks were missing which was a shame as such a great location but could not cook outside. Obviously some of the above is reflected in the rental cost. I would pay a little more for a bit more comfortable bed and sofa. All in all.we.had a pleasant stay

Great villa

The villa was great pool was cleaned twice a week the team was quick to respond any issues that you came across good location shops and bars nearby,definitely would stay again.also was left a starter pack on arrival bread ham cheese coffee milk and water which was a good touch as we had a late arrival.

Although there was air conditioning to use there where no fans at the property as sometimes all is needed is a fan also could do with flyscreens

Short gravel road to reach villa. No garbage bin nearby on street outside. Nice if it had smart TV.

Pleasant stay.

The location was peaceful and quiet, but not too far away from the hub of it all, so you can experience the best of both worlds.

The double bed was uncomfortable and creaky. The linen was well worn. The hot water, which was heated by the sunshine, was fine. However, when the sunshine wasn't out, the water should have been heated up via the water heater but it didn't. We booked specifically for use of the bath but the hot water was an issue.

Cyprus is charming and it’s people are warm and friendly.

The very best thing about this villa was its location, it was quiet and not overlooked one had a real sense of privacy. Though the property was in a quiet location it was easy to access the more lively areas on foot. If you like to get about I would recommend a hire car although the buses are good and run frequently making it easy to get to Ayia Napa. We will definitely be looking to hire this villa again and we’re very happy with our week there. This villa and the area it is in warrants two week stay.

There was a small tray with coffee tea and sugar and two milks but there was three of us staying. The water in the fridge was greatly appreciated. But it would be nice if there was a proper welcome pack as sometimes people don’t arrive in time for the shops. Personally I would be prepared to pay for this convenience. The double bed gave us cause for concern as my partner is 6 foot 5 inches and every time he moved it creaked and groaned. It was a hard bed which suited us but might not suit others. I also feel that the provision of an inventory would be helpful. There was instruction not to use glassware around the pool, they provide plastic picnic plates and cutlery but not glasses so they would be helpful. We didn’t have any interaction with owners of the property but were provided with a phone number in the event of problems.

The outside area could do with a little tlc. Some of the outside lights didn't work Bed was quite uncomfortable

Setting was great. Nice and quiet. A couple of issues we had were dealt with immediately which was great. Issues were nothing major but fast and friendly service. Pool cleaned every few days.
