Very clean hotel, in centre of Vila Franca de Xira. Nice welcoming bowl of sweets in reception! Ample breakfast included, with plenty of juice, bread, eggs, fruit, yogurt, etc.
There was only one socket in our tiny twin room.

Everything was clean, silent . Good place to sleep and have a good shower. Small good breakfast. Staff are amazing!!
I liked everything the only improvements I’d mention is that the mattress are too soft , it kinda engolfes us so not ideal. Also there is no socket beside the bed to charge the phone.

Overall very nice. Reception and breakfast rooms are exceptional. There sleeping room was quite acceptable, clean and included lockers, TV, and air conditioning.
The staff was incredible, very helpful and friendly, and spoke English.
The bunk bed was only okay - thin mattress with no real spring and a thin pillow, though this may be the standard for a hostel setting.
The single-user bathrooms are only adequate. The finishes are worn and show water damage. There are no shelves or soap dishes in the shower, and no shelves or countertop to place ones toiletries.

Location good. Room small and on my second day was full up, but thankfully the A/C worked well and felt ok. Breakfast was simple, but nice. Staff pleasant and always approachable.
Privacy curtains on (very hard!) beds missing so creative solutions needed. The door knobs/locks need simple oil and maintenance; (Everyone wakes up at night otherwise). Bathrooms were poorly lit and require moderate/substantive repair, and require better deep cleaning/restocking-daily. We ran out of TP, and the floor towel never was changed.
