A good experience but will not stay again

As advertised, the scenery by the lake was good. It was a good experience to stay on a boat house, enjoy the fireplace and sauna. Heating from the air-condition was really a plus especially during cold season. TV program with Netflix was good too.

Cleanliness was not being taken care of in details. Can saw pieces of food leftover and dust here and there. The floor and carpet felt a bit sticky for people who bare foot indoor. There was a blood mark on one of the bedroom's wall. In terms of comfort, bedroom and bed was small and gave a sense of oppression for 2 person. We ended up having one person slept at the living area sofa. The unit we stay have 2 bedrooms (we only slept in one of the bedroom as they only setup one bedroom for us with mattress, blankets and pillows), one was very cold and water came in directly from the lake during a raining day on the 3rd day we stay. Water also came in to the living room from the side-door facing directly to the lake on the same day too. At the end, we decided to left the hotel earlier than our original 5 nights stay although we already paid full for the 5 nights. It was a surprise for us when we learned that there is no toiletries provided by the hotel as the price we pay for should be a good class stay, without toiletries is really an unbelievable one. The interior setup lack of maintenance. The cabinet door already loosen out and one of it need extra effort to close it properly. The material used for the interior setup was not showing quality that aligned with the standard that the hotel was positioning. Staffs acted like friendly and helpful but to us, not really. There was no room guidebook inside our unit as mentioned during the check-in time and they didn't sent to us too although we went to the reception to request one. Facilities instruction in the whole hotel area was in Polish and German only, making international travellers like us who know English but not Polish nor German feeling not welcoming. No housekeeping and room service through out our stay.

Not worth the money.

Some people working there were nice. It was clean when we came (but you had to ask for the cleaning to be done) We had a problem with lock on the door when we came and service came right away and fixed the lock. Steam shower worked nicely. Massage chair in the room was nice too.

What you get for the money is not right. We stayed in one of catamarans and here are some reasons why I think the price is not right: * I called reception and spoke english and someone put the phone down while I was speaking and never called back.* Breakfast is served 9:00-9:30, which is a bit late, but that is personal opinion. *We had to wait one day to get 2 clean towels. In a resort that claims to be high standard clean towels can not be a problem. *Wanted to eat in restaurant and you can not order main meal without dessert from some different menu. You have to order dessert too otherwise they will not serve you main dish. * No place to dry your things when you come from the beach. *And funny thing in the end...we had to leave earlier so the nice lady told us they will send us breakfast in the evening, so it was nice. A nice girl brought two bags and in those 2 bags were: 500g butter, sausages in plastics, two big sausages in original wrapping, one Philadelfia 😀 I was supposed to make our own breakfast 😀 in a resort where you pay 1800 eur for one week. Oh and they did not give us any knives or anything to make our breakfast. When we were leaving a hotel in Capri before breakfast, they made us sandwiches, salat and even omelette. Here you get shopping from Biedronka🤣 Service you get is way behing and there is a lot to learn.

Wynajęliśmy największy domek na wodzie

Spokojne miejsce, na obrzeżach miasta, dostęp do motorówki i innych atrakcji wodnych. Bezproblemowy dostęp do rowerów miejskich. Widok nad wodę, fotel do masażu. Fajny pomysł na śniadanie, super wyglądało i było pyszne. Plus za wzmacniacz z głośnikami (lepsza jakość muzyki, przyjemniej dla ucha niż z telewizora :)). Duży taras na piętrze. Łatwy dostęp do drewna do sauny.

Woda w jeziorze wydawała się po prostu brudna, nie wiem czy niby można w niej się kąpać ale osobiście bym nie wszedł. Łóżka w sypialni były niewygodne ale za to nie zmniejszam oceny bo kwestia pewnie gustu. Było czysto i schludnie. Cena wysoka, bardzo wysoka ale w sumie konkurencji tego typu jest bardzo mało.

Totale Entspannung an der Ostsee!

Toller Service, netter Empfang, man fühlte sich gleich willkommen. Das Boot war sehr schön, es fehlte an nichts! Das Frühstück ans Boot war ein Highlight, sehr liebevoll arrangiert und sehr reichlich. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder 👍

Śniadania bardzo dobre, różnorodne i obfite.

Domek jest na łodzi więc niemiłosiernie buja jak są fale! Gdybym to wiedział nie wynajął bym domku! Opis domki na wodzie wprowadza w błąd, bo to domek na łodzi zakotwiony na wodzie a nie domek np. na palach. Zdjęcia są tylko z najdroższych domków a standardowe bardzo odbiegają od nich. To kolejne wprowadzenie w błąd kupujących. Duże braki w wyposażeniu domku po poproszeniu dostarczono np. sztućce.

Co do czystości mogłoby być staranniej zorganizowane. Niestety pajęczyny z pająkami były w kilku miejscach i dość sporo piachu w miejscach do odpoczynku i na podłodze. Cena wygórowana jak na ten obiekt.
