Fairytale on water

This was like being transported into a fairytale. the breakfast was super tasty and well presented. the food options for dinner various and tasty. the views and the sauna are unbeatable.

we had a problem with lights and it took sometime to be able to connect with the staff. communication via sms is perfect but I would appreciate confirmation sms or call to understand that everything is in order.

The boat was not cleaned well and we found used underwear in our bed. The people from HT were friendly but Englisch is still a not spoken language. In Poland. So hard to communicate.

Fab

Second to none, absolutely fabulous. Great location, in a quiet area, 3 minutes walk from the beach. Your own rib gives you freedom to explore the lake and ease of getting to the main headquarters. The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom / sauna is an excellent idea and it works! There’s more space on board than I was expecting and the meals are great: both the wicker basket breakfast as well as the dinner - delicious. We will certainly come back.

Well, we had a small problem with the jacuzzi but let’s say it was sorted to our satisfaction.

Polecam każdemu kto chce odpocząć z dala od hałasu .

Przepyszne śniadania donoszone do domku. Obiadokolacja świeża , ciepła bez zastrzeżeń . Czysto w domku, zapas kawy i herbaty na cały pobyt .przepiękny widok z okna domku .

Drewno kominkowe było zbyt mokre żeby nim palić . Więc minus to brak możliwości korzystania z kominka .

Jedyne co było ładne to widok…

Dalego od czegokolwiek, jeżeli nie zadzwonisz do obsługi to nikt nie przyjdzie sprzątnąć ani nawet wymienić ręczników, za cenę 1500 za dobę spodziewałem się czegoś wow, a tu…. Śniadanie, co najwyżej średnie, drinki i zamawiane jedzenie (oczywiście przez SMS) tragedia. Nie wiem na jakiej zasadzie działa tam ciepła woda ale po normalnym prysznicu, woda do wanny zaczyna lecieć letnia, a po chwili zimna. Ciasno jak w budzie, naprawdę za tyle pieniędzy są dużo lepsze miejsca w PL, z lepszym widokiem, świetna obsługa i pełnym wyżywieniem a nie słabym śniadaniem …

Die Lage der Ausblick die Ruhe unbezahlbar!Das Boot mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt!Das Frühstück einmalig man bekommt es direkt vor die Tür geliefert unbezahlbar! Und der kurze Weg zum Meer genial wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder und dann nicht nur für 2 Tage! Mfg

Hier ist ⸻ Enttäuschendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – keine Empfehlung Wir sind heute angereist und mussten feststellen, dass das Houseboat beim Check-in um 16 Uhr noch nicht fertig war. Niemand vor Ort spricht Englisch oder Deutsch, was die Kommunikation zusätzlich erschwert hat. Die Aussicht geht direkt auf den See – zur Seite sieht man unmittelbar auf die Nachbarn in den angrenzenden Hausbooten, was kaum Privatsphäre zulässt. Ringsherum wird aktuell gebaut, was für zusätzliche Unruhe sorgt. Das Hausboot selbst ist zwar modern und schick eingerichtet, aber letztlich nicht mehr als ein schön gestaltetes Hotelzimmer auf dem Wasser. Die Toilette befindet sich mitten im Raum, lediglich durch eine Glaswand und einen Vorhang getrennt – Geräusche und Gerüche bleiben dadurch für alle im Raum wahrnehmbar. Bei einem Preis von 7.798,09 Zł (etwa 2.000 € für 5 Nächte, also rund 400 € pro Nacht) ist das absolut nicht angemessen. Zudem gibt es in der unmittelbaren Umgebung keinerlei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder gastronomisches Angebot. Die nächste Cocktailbar oder ein vergleichbarer Ort zur Abendgestaltung scheint mehrere Kilometer entfernt zu sein. Man ist hier wirklich sehr abgelegen und vom Geschehen ringsherum komplett abgeschnitten – was für manche vielleicht Ruhe bedeutet, für uns jedoch eher Isolation. Insgesamt wurde das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bei Weitem nicht erfüllt. Leider keine Empfehlung. 🇬🇧 English Version (for Booking.com): Disappointing value for money – would not recommend We arrived today and unfortunately, the houseboat was not ready at the 4:00 PM check-in time. No one on site spoke English or German, which made communication quite difficult. The view is directly onto the lake, but to the left and right, you’re looking straight into the neighboring houseboats – there’s practically no privacy. On top of that, there is ongoing construction in the area, which adds noise and reduces the sense of relaxation.

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko plaży, a jednak z dala od centrum więc było na niej mało ludzi. Dla naszych psiaków były przygotowane zabawki, smaczki i worki higieniczne Zameldowanie bezkontaktowe

Zdjęcia, nazwy i ceny na bookingu sugerują, że wynajmujemy domek typu grand. Niech nie zwiodą Was fotografie dużej przestrzeni ze stołem. Cena przed zniżką last minute i zniżką Genius to niemal 3000 zł za 2 dni, czyli więcej niż według cennika na stronie obiektu, za domek Grand - jedyny, który w standardzie ma kominek, ale co ważniejsze stół. My otrzymaliśmy domek HT (50m2 mniejszy), płacąc zdecydowanie więcej niż za ten typ domku zgodnie z cennikiem. Usłyszeliśmy tylko od obsługi, że ceny są codziennie inne i zmieniane na stronie nawet kilka razy. Nie wiem co na to inspekcja handlowa... Za taką cenę chciałabym jadać śniadanie właśnie przy stole, a nie klęcząc na podłodze przy ławie, a także raczyć się produktami lepszej jakości niż ketchup i musztarda w saszetkach i ciastem składających się z różnego koloru biszkoptów posypanych cukrem pudrem. Całkowity brak szafek na ubrania, Mimo zgłoszeń i udawanej naprawy przez cały wyjazd nie mieliśmy wifi, w trakcie śniadania zamknęła się nam w łazience pani, która po ukraińsku głośno dyskutowała pewnie o resetowaniu rutera, bo wyłączyła nam prąd, kasując 1h mojej pracy bo wyłączył się komputer działający wyłącznie na kablu. Opisany zestaw kosmetyków jest po prostu mydłem więc po szampon i tak musiałam rano iść do sklepu. Zamówiony przez nas drink na przyjazd to wygazowany gotowiec w butelce z dołączonym papierowym kubeczkiem. Przestrzeń jest malutka, łóżko od razu przy wejściu, a nie ma nawet szczotki, więc wszystko w piachu, bo przecież byliśmy zaraz obok plaży. Myślę, ze gdybym świadomie podejmowała decyzję, że biorę maleńki domek bez właściwego umeblowania, to nie byłabym w takim szoku, warto pomyśleć, nad rzetelnym opisem i informacją, że większość zdjęć pochodzi z wyłącznie 4 domków, reszta, to maleństwa, z opisanymi mankamentami. Nie podoba mi się zatem brak uczciwości w komunikowaniu się. Także na głównym zdjęciu.

Odpočinek

Houseboat je vybaven vším potřebným k pohodlnému pobytu. Lednice, kávovar a varná konvice je k dispozici, včetně čaje a zrnkové kávy. Každé ráno obrovská snídaně, kde si musí vybrat každý. Vejce, párky, salám, sýry, ovoce, zelenina, pomazánky, paštika, marmelády, buchty... Jídla tolik, že není možné to ve dvou sníst. Spousta jídla nám zůstalo také k večeři. Fantastická jídla v okolních restauracích a všude na pobřeží, zejména ryby, těch jsme si užili. To Poláci fakt umí!!! K dispozici je elektrický člun se solárním nabíjením. Plně dostačující na plavby podél pobřeží. Okna jsou vybavena sítěmi proti hmyzu, prostor je plně klimatizovaný, nádherný výhled na jezero s kachnami, racky, volavkami, zejména ráno, při svítání... Na střeše pohodlná terasa s lehátky a sedačkami. No a to houpání na vodě... to přece k tomu patří😉V případě špatného počasí doporučujeme aquapark v Koszalinu, zejména pro děti. Kolobrzeg zajímavé město, jakož i písečné duny u Leby. Celé pobřeží je zajímavé! Od houseboatu se dá projít během pár minut k moři. Krásné ranní procházky před snídaní po pobřeží moře a podél jezera😊 Personál na recepci a v místě ubytování velmi milý, ochotný! DĚKUJEME!

Asi je to z organizačního hlediska složitější, ale snídaně pro nás mezi 9 - 9.30 je pozdě. Kdyby byla o hodinu dříve, tak ideální.

Dobra lokalizacja. Ładne domki.

Nie udało mi się skorzystać z wanny z masażem. Pierwszej nocy po włączeniu wanny zaczął wypływać brud z dysz prawdopodobnie pieśń. Po zgłoszeniu i wymyciu przez personel w dniu kolejnym problem nadal pozostał. Nie skorzystałem z usług oferujących przez firmę. Dodatkowo mocno skrzypiące łóżko.

Fantastisch schöner und erholsamer Kurzurlaub in ruhiger Umgebung mit kurzem Weg zum Ostseestrand

alle Informationen im Vorfeld trafen auf dem Aufenthalt zu, phantastische Ruhe zum Erholen, beeindruckender Blick auf den See, technische Ausstattung wie Dampfsauna, Massagesessel und Whirlpool funktionierten einwandfrei, sehr reichhaltiges und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, sehr freundliches Servicepersonal

Es gibt nichts zu kritisieren. Lediglich ein kleiner Hinweis: eine Schmutzmatte am Eingang im Innenbereich sowie ein großer Kehrbesen wären sinnvoll (Sand).
