The staff at Camagna Country House was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and served an amazing breakfast. Since we were relocated, the apartment in Partanna itself was modern, spotless, well-equipped, and comfortable. We especially appreciated the functional air conditioning, the lovely terrace, and the convenience of a washing machine.

We originally booked this accommodation for the garden, pool, grill, and breakfast. Upon arrival, Roberto informed us that we were being moved to a flat in Partanna, 3 km away. Although we were technically allowed to travel back to use the pool and grill, the distance made it completely impractical, and we were unable to enjoy the amenities we paid for. When we opened a dispute, Roberto refused to accept it, and the alternative room he later offered at Camagna lacked a kitchen, fridge, and basic amenities. To make matters worse, the oven blew a fuse after a few minutes, ruining our dinner plans, and there was no Wi-Fi despite being listed in the description. The street outside was extremely noisy at night with young people shouting, blasting music, and revving motorcycles. Most disappointingly, Roberto never once apologized for any of these significant disruptions.
