The Unity and The Bliss Patong Residence

The unity staff is incredible. Very attentive, kind, friendly, proactive and professional. Their service is better than I have experienced in a few resorts. We stayed in the oversized apartment and it was great. There's enough space and the amenities are as described. Location is good, there's a mini big C supermarket and 7 eleven Supermarket just around the corner. The hill is not as extreme as I read in a few comments. I had a cold and I'm 37 years old and I managed to go down and up easily. If you stay in the bliss then it's a little longer to walk up the hill. But the unity I had no issues. The swimming pool area is amazing. The view of the ocean from the infinity pool is great value for money. Overall I would have stayed longer if the room was not already booked for other guests. Thank you Fah, Amira and Fluke for the wonderful stay 💖

The only tiny issue was the exhaust above the stove, it released a little smell when we turned on. I guess it just needs a little cleaning. There's a little water leaking beside the toilet, the staff offer to fix it right away. Overall everything was great 👍🏻

We booked two 3-room apartments and had an excellent stay. The apartments were spotlessly clean, spacious, and very well maintained — large rooms and modern, immaculate bathrooms. We communicated with Fluke throughout, who was incredibly helpful and responsive. We were very happy with the whole team at The Unity and The Bliss Patong Residence, who took care of every detail and made our stay comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommended — we'd gladly stay here again!

nothing , eveything was perfect

I liked everything about the room. All amenities. Great Shower. Excellent air conditioning. Very quiet.

Nothing to report.

Modern and clean facility

Steep hill to the property, no parasols on the roof top pool so no where to get shade.
