Silvia is the best host you’ll ever meet. She kept in touch with me before I travelled and answered all my questions timely and friendly. The check in was super smooth. Gianna met me downstairs in the hot weather and gave me a detailed room tour and a great selection of restaurant recommendations. He turned on the air conditioner before I arrived so it was cool, which was very kind. The facilities are all high quality and well designed. I had everything I needed. The place was very clean. The location is the best, literally across from the citadel and close to the very centre of the town. And there’s no noise! After checkout I left something in there. Silvia replied immediately and came to open the door for me. I really appreciated her help. The stay really made my 4 nights’ trip in Ferrara even more exceptional.

Great location. Very nice, clean and comfortable apartment. Very nice and helpful host who met us at the entrance of the building.

The bathroom is very nice and spacious, but the modular shower is a little tight.
