Spectacular apartment by the sea with large terrace and communal swimming pool

The apartment was lovely and has fantastic views over the Mediterranean. Very peaceful area. The pool was lovely and quiet, its approximately 5 mins from the nearest beach which is lovely. We went to the Beach Bar / Restaurant and this was really nice. Not an extensive menu but enough which was really good. We also travelled out of the area to Porto Colom to the beach there Cala Mercat. This beach was lovely and sandy, the loungers were reasonable to hire and the bar on the beach makes banging cocktails. Overall a lovely stay, the only thing i should point out is that it could do with a lick of paint in places. I understand this is probably from the sea breeze eroding paint work outside, it was not a problem in the slightest. There can be a unpleasant smell from the drains, absolutely nothing to be worry about. It can get strong at time but if you open the doors then it soon dissipates. It isn't just a problem just thought i would mention it. It has been reflected in my 5* review. Kitchen well equipped with basic i.e. milk, sugar, coffee etc. If you want a totally relaxing stay in a lovely little part of Mallorca then come here you will have peace and relaxation. Very pleasant apartment. The location is perfect: close to the beach and with a soectacular sea view. There is everything you need in the apartment and the owners are very attentive and responsive. The apartment is clean and there are lots of toys that the owners' children lend. Thank you very much to them! To improve : the ceiling above the shower would need to be repainted but this is not disturbing and except this point the bathroom is completely renovated. The residence has very pleasant garden and and a great swimming pool. In the morning, there is often no one there.

We stayed in the apartment for two weeks and had a great time there. The pool is right outside and the closest beach is just a couple of minutes away walking. Since we like to spend time outdoors we particularly like the two terraces. One with an amazing view over the Mediterranean Sea and one over the pool area. Because they were in different directions one always had some shade. Rafa Nadal Academy, where our kids went, is roughly 20 minutes away by car, as is Porto Cristo. We loved our stay in Roca Murada and will hopefully be able to come back one day.

We absolutely loved the location. The views from the balcony are serene. And you can even see your co-travelers jumping in and snorkeling directly in front of the balcony if you are brave enough! The beach a couple of hundred yards to the left is our favourite - small, quiet, beautiful, and with a nice restaurant. I really hope we get to go back there sometime!
