Very well furnished with everything we needed. Nicely laid out and comfortable.

The pool and Jacuzzi were nice

The two beds were too small. I’m not tall but my feet hung over the edge, and my wife had to move to a separate bed just to sleep. We were not that happy with the balcony over the parking lot with a view of the road. My previous trip we Stayed at another complex for about 40% less per day and had a quieter Mountain View from our deck. Also the Internet passcode did not work initially, and we needed that to do some business while we were there. It was frustrating and delayed some of our work until the end of the trip. The company who was managing the property did a good job getting that fixed for us on Monday after we had arrived on Saturday evening. Also we were not very happy with the shower and water pressure. Another thing I wasn’t that happy about was an excessive amount of email and text coordination from the property managers and Booking.com which didn’t have very much content. Here is an example: “WIFI AND CELL SERVICE: If this is your first trip to the Rocky Mountains, don’t be surprised if your cell signal goes from four bars to “no service” in a flash. With so many trees and mountains, cell phone coverage can be a challenge no matter what provider you have. Most Wi-Fi and TV services are satellite-based and are subject to, among other things, user volume and weather conditions. Most services are restored within a reasonable time, but delays can often occur. Also, GPS does not always work well on our mountain roads. Plan ahead, print out your driving directions if you can!” No password. It was difficult even to find the address of the unit when we were pulling in because of the amount of email we had to go through to get it. The only thing we needed was a lockbox code, the address, code for the pool and the WiFi password. These last two items were either wrong or not included the information. I’m providing this information for you just so you have it. The service was good and the unit was OK but a little overpriced in my opinion.
