Cozy place

Upon arrival, the instructions for retrieving the room keys were misleading and required me to contact the manager for clarification. Additionally, my request for a 10:30 AM checkout—just 30 minutes past the standard time—was denied outright. Most concerning, however, is the mishandling of my lost iPad. I notified the supervisor on checkout day, was initially told the item was found, but then was informed it had been sent to a UPS store without any tracking number or return timeline. The staff's response was evasive and unprofessional, stating only that they would return it "when they can." As of today, I have neither the device nor any confirmation of its shipment. I intend to escalate this matter by filing a claim and, if unresolved, contacting the police to report the property as misappropriated.
