I was glad when it was over!

Nothing!

Absolutely nothing made me go WOW. The home was run down, had no ability for a handicapped person to move freely. I would have thought that the staff could have made an exception for an extra vehicle on 1 day! Our son was married while we were there and our daughter wasn't allowed to drive in and park only to do my wife's hair...so maybe 1 hour!

A very warm and cozy little house. Everything was clean. It is located inside a park, so the surroundings are very quiet and pleasant. Just across the park, there is an Aldi supermarket, which is very convenient. Everything was wonderful—we really loved this place.

The only minor downsides were that towels were not provided, and the bed was made up of two single beds pushed together, which felt a bit tight when sleeping with a child. However, this did not affect our overall experience.

Really great stay, very clean and well kept, very reasonable price.

I never ate breakfast here. The location was excellent there was an Aldi right across the street with a gas station. Four miles in any direction would get me anything I needed and I had a car.

There were four steps up to the unit no I guess they're actually eight but at least there was a handrail to use which was better than previous location I was in. Other than that I had no complaints.

Location was good situated and nice with the lake nearby

The heating system is working only when you get into the facility. Two of the days was twelve degrees when we came back and we stayed with our jackets more than an hour. The same when you go to sleep. The temperature decreases dramatically during the night. I dint know that I will be on a polaric expedition🙂. No cleaning service during all the stay-7 days.

Overall, I'd rate our stay as satisfactory, though we didn't get what we booked, which was truly disappointing.

The staff was very friendly. Both the security guard and the guy at the reception were very welcoming and professional. We couldn't arrive during reception hours, but that wasn't a problem. We got our keys and got into our room without any problems. I also loved that there was a forest walk route at reception. It was really fun for my whole family.

Firstly, we were given a completely different room than the one we booked. The room clearly stated that the chalet would have bunk beds, but in fact there weren't any, which was very important for my little brother. I was also surprised that the bed wasn't made and that we had to make it ourselves. Maybe that's normal, but it was the first time this had happened to me, and it was strange. The plates were dirty. The towels, which were provided for an extra fee (which also surprised me), were also dirty and very worn. The closets were dusty.

. Other than that everything was fabulous The next time I will ask for a house on a flat surface so I don't have to deal with those steps. Absolutely superior accommodation given by the manager, who helped me to charge my electric car that I had no experience with just a fabulous staff that were ever willing to smooth out any difficulties.

The steps to the chalet, and having to park on an incline that was surrounded by bricks that I scratched my car on. The cable TV could have had more options.

Restaurant closed on Monday and Tuesday. Arrived Monday evening and had to leave park to go shopping for food as restaurant closed.

The glorious Europarcs Brunssumerheide, what a treat it was to stay there! Air conditioning is so passé, so their decision not to offer this luxury was downright refreshing. As a bonus, our clothes got a delightful, naturally 'smoked' scent from the constant steam rising from our bodies. The occasional power outages were nothing short of thrilling. They created a sort of lottery, where you never knew when the light would shine again. It turned meal preparation into an exciting challenge and the dark evenings brought us closer together. But the real star of the show was the gardener. On a fine morning, bright and early, he treated us to a symphony of gasoline-powered garden tools. Who needs an alarm clock when you can wake up at 8:00 AM to the soothing roar of a leaf blower? And let's not forget the reception. Their unique approach to being unreachable by phone and email was truly revolutionary. They took the concept of 'self-service' to a whole new level! Solution-oriented? Well, that concept seemed alien to them, but it gave us a chance to sharpen our problem-solving skills. And customer-friendly? They were so friendly as to completely leave us alone. All in all, a customer service training would certainly not be amiss for them, but then they might lose their unique charm. So, Europarcs Brunssumerheide, keep up the good work!

Good

It was good, spacious and comfortable, with basic utensils, it was a quiet place with a forest next to it for hiking. Great location, there is a restaurant and supermarket nearby.

1. There are no accessories for cleaning (towels, detergent, sponge) you have to carry absolutely everything. 2.the coffiemaker was dirty 3. What did bother me, was having to take out the garbage and take it in my car to the reception (it's a bit far) and leave my car stinking, because you have to leave everything clean, and they don't give you anything to clean, I think in this part I prefer to stay in an airbnb.

The staff was friendly enough, when we showed them the room.

Just about everything. Very dirty, and not maintained. Things not working and nails sticking out of the wall. No bed linen in the house despite it was mandatory to lend it from the park. The only reason we stayed one night, was that we arrived so late that the reception had closed. Left the following morning.

Exceptional

Have stayed here many times. The apartments are very comfortable, the staff are great, superb value for money, the grounds are beautiful. Facilities are great, we primarily use this as a base for Snowworld in Landgraaf. 15mins drive away.

Hot, Haha, you can't do anything about the weather though. But seriously if you are staying here in the heat. The apartments do absorb the heat.

Correct en vriendelijk personeel.Netjes onderhouden park.

Huisje reeds bij een vorig bezoek in 2024 uitgezocht en als voorkeur gereserveerd voor 2025. Comfort huisje goed. Alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig. Honden welkom en kregen een klein welkomspakketje met bal en snack, zakjes en vuilbakjes op het park voldoende aanwezig. Voldoende parkeerruimte. 2024 hadden we een Berkel 4 dit jaar een Hackfort 6. Een groter ( en duurder huisje ).

Wasmachine gebruik 2025 - 6 euro. Dit was in 2025 - 5 euro. Prijs ondanks naseizoen pittig ( november )

Weer een lang weekend aan de Brunsummerheide.

Locatie aan de rand van de Brunsummerheide. Fijn om met huisje dicht bij de 'achteruitgang' naar de heide te zitten met de hond.

Achter huisje 112 staat 'verhoogd' een groot 10 of 12 pers woning. Als er bij de groep aanwezige 's avonds/'s nachts buiten op het terras staan te roken/te praten/te lachen is het alsof ze naast je bed staan. Wat is dat enorm gehoorig en sommige 'late' momenten vervelend.

Er is een slechte sfeer geweest door het stapelbed.

We hebben geen ontbijt t genoten van jullie. De locatie was super mooi!

We waren met 16 volwassenen. Echter zou het vanuit jullie fijn zijn geweest door te geven dat het stapelbed in huisje 179 niet geschikt is voor volwassenen. Voor iemand van 90 kilo is het onverantwoord om boven in het stapelbed te liggen. Leuk voor kinderen maar niet voor ons. Het stapelbed was erg onstabiel en er was nauwelijks ruimte tussen het bed en het plafon om erin te komen. Heb hier een klacht over ingediend maar hier nog niets van vernomen. Dit vinden wij niet netjes!

Prima verblijf, mooi schoon park, goede voorzieningen, het huisje mag schoner

Fijne, nieuwere accommodatie. Mooie ligging rondom het water.

Op het eerste oog leek het schoon, maar het was toch niet zo schoon als het leek. Spinnenraggen in de hoeken, aan de plafonds en achter de verwarmingen, de grote ramen van de schuifdeur waren zeer vuil en de badkamer radiator heb ik eerst stofvrij moeten maken voordat ik mijn handdoeken er kon hangen.
