The staff was very respectful, and the security guards were the most friendliest and nicest. Kind and very helpful when you needed help with directions or questions about the area. House keeping came and asked if we needed them to clean. The place was very clean, and peaceful. Beautiful rooms and very comfortable bed.
The WIFI was not working the whole weekend, The shower water took too long to get hot and when it did it will just stop and there won't be any water I had to switch it on and off before it started again and I had to wait again for the cold water to be hot.

Nice hot water, good pressure in the shower. Good bed.
I didn't like that the place did not provide with a heater especially because it is winter time. I also expected at least a microwave and somethings to make tea (kettle with water, tea bags, mugs, sugar, tea spoons) to be placed in the room. The TV was broken and was not a smart TV as expected (the remote). Not enough towels.
