Lovely relaxing bush setting with wild birds to wake you up in the mornings. Location to Masai Mara reserve park is excellent...only 5 mins drive away.
Cleanliness is lacking. What used to be shiny furnishings in the bathroom, wash room, relaxing chairs outside bar and restaurant are all dirty and grimy. See pictures taken from the lodge. Could do with more bleach and detergent cleaning please.

Von hier aus - man darf ja nicht mehr selber fahren - machten wir 2 Game-Drives mit Joel - ein guter Guide und Ranger. Die Tierwelt war prächtig - v.a. mengenmässig. Wir sind ja verwöhnt, waren 2018 schon auf der anderen Seite des Mara Rivers und haben dort noch mehr Tiere, v.a. 5 Migrationen über den Mara River erlebt.
Das Regime im Park gefiel uns nicht - grosse Zeitverluste an den Gates. Die (blöde) e-Citizen Registrierung hatte schon im Tsavo West (keinen guten Handyempfang) Schwierigkeiten bereitet. Und dass der Parkfee 200.- Dollar für eine Person und einen Tag kostet, ist geradezu Wucher und abzulehnen.....es geht auch anders, was andere Nationalparks beweisen.
Zudem, die Strassen waren in einem bedenklich schlechten Zustand - auch für die grossen Safari-Fahrzteuge!!
