Wonderful place in Ratece

Very nice place, wonderful view through windows, large apartment - enough space for relaxing, cooking, eating. There was no internet, but owners fixed the problem realy quickly. I really appreciate communication, thanks a lot for taking care!

Everything was ok. As a recommendation I would suggest set up radiator for drying clothes. Internet was down, but issue has been solved quickly.

Great starting place to visit The Triglav National Park

The view is really great, watching the mountains during sunrises and sunsets was my favorite thing about it. But there are basiclly no downsides to the appartment, it has everything needed for 2-4 people/family, it's nicely furnished, clean, a shop just around the corner etc. Conveniently located to visit the northern+western parts of Triglav park.

The parking situation is a bit tricky... Officially it's recommended to park on the paid parking area in the village center (which may be fully occupied anyway), or quite expensive garage, or outside the village (free), or hope for the best at the unmarked spots around the building (unless all 6 appartments are occupied, 6 cars would need some kind of coordination, to fit there).

Spacious, clean, nice :)

Penthouse apartment was very spacious for us (a family of four) and has a really nice view through roof windows. Self check-in worked very well. Position of the apartment was very good for our needs since we went skiing in Tarvisio, Sella Nevea and Kranjska gora. We had room for our ski equipment in the basement (basically a ground floor) which was important to us. Also, there is a restaurant, no more than 50 meters where we had lunch. We had a good stay for skiing with no fuss about organization of other side topics (coming, going, leaving equipment, having lunch, parking...).

Nice place for an active holiday with kids.

Cosy, big and very clean apartment located in a small village, close to the hiking and bike trails. Garage available for storing bikes or ski equipment. The host is reachable via e-mail and responds within minutes. Nice view to the mountains.

The bed was creaking a bit but was rather cosy. Parking spots are not clearly marked, the parking is just around the house. For those sensitive to animal odours, keep in mind that there are cows in the neighbourhood. We actually prefered staying in Rateče rather than in a tourist city like Kranjska gora.

The best apartment we stayed in in Slovenia! Lea and her mother were so lovely and gave us many tips in order to make our honeymoon unforgettable. I will definetely recommend to book this home for people who are looking for a peaceful and lovely place. The house was very cosy, clean and well decorated, just like on the pictures. The location is great, the landscape around is wonderful. We just loved our morning coffee with this beautiful mountain view! Definitely one of the highlights of our trip! We could also charge our plug in hybrid car in the garage, which was absolutely helpful and eco friendly. Thank you so much for all your kindness! I'm sure we'll visit you again in the near future! :)

Lep apartma, ki je malo nepraktičen.

Krasen prostor, krasen razgled, prostoren aprtma. Strešno okno, iz katerega se naredi majhen balkon. Prostoren glavni prostor, velika kopalnica.

Nekatere stvari so malo nepraktične. Predvsem: nobenega radiatorja (niti v kopalnici), kjer bi lahko posušili mokre rokavice. V kleti, kjer je spravilo za smuči, ni sušilcev za pancarje. V apartmaju, ki je sicer ogromen, je omara, ki morda zadostuje za enega. Težko dostopne vtičnice na neuporabnih mestih (ena od spalnic je posledično brez možnosti luči na nočnih omaricah). Škoda, ker je prostor sicer fantastičen ima res velik potecial.

B. dobrze wyposażony, wygodny apartament z pięknymi widokami.

Piękne widoki z balkonu i blisko do restauracji z dobrym jedzeniem w dobrej cenie.

50m od domu jest obora z krówkami i CZASEM zaciąga obornikiem ale nie jest to specjalnie uciążliwe. Kiedy jesz w restauracji twoje jedzenie atakują muchy :-/ Trzeba za każdym razem po wyjściu zamykać drzwi główne, w razie pożaru może to być niebezpieczne bo drzwi nie da się otworzyć od środka bez klucza.

Rymlig takbostad med utmärkt bergsutsikt

Rymlig penthouse bostad med god utsikt över slovenska och italienska bergen. Vi vandrade till flera toppar i Slovenien. Italien och Österrike. Bostaden är väl utrustad med bla diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn mm. och var väl städad och allt funktionerade väl. Värdinnan Lea hjälpte till bla. när vi hade problem med TVn. Parkeringsplats fanns alltid till förfogande på torget vid bostaden. Restauranger finns både i Ratece och både i Slovenien och i Italien allt efter egna preferenser och smak. Bostaden är rymlig och vi sov utmärkt alla nätter. Vi hoppas vi inom de närmaste åren har möjlighet att uppleva den fina naturen och stämningen i Ratece och Julian Experience.

Vid ankomst och avfärd har man lite extra ansträngning pga trapporna till penthouse våningen men vi hade inte för tunga väskor. Några gången tog vinden in granngårdens ladugårds dofter, men problemet löstes snabbt då man har ett stort antal takfönster att växla mellan.
