Easy, no problem with the host, great communication. The house itself was nice and comfortable for what we needed.
The mattresses were very uncomfortable and we all experienced very bad sleep as a result of this. The decor could do with an update. The kitchen floor was very slippery underfoot and we nearly had an accident when holding the baby.

separate toilet desperately missing. instructions on recycling and a washing machine capable of washes at 30C would have been really helpful.
