The room was exceptionally clean, very spacious with plenty of storage room. The hosts were friendly and helpful and had provided little touches such as phone charging station in the room, takeaway coffee cups in case you wanted to take a coffee on the go, electric vehicle charging and a windscreen wash station. The bed was very comfortable and the rain showerhead was great, hot and strong. We were just on the edge of town, so close to shops, club, etc.
Parking was a little tight, especially if you had a big 4WD next to you. We could hear the trucks going past at night

Very clean and modern.
Big room for a family of four.
Decent price as well.
Owners were lovely and went the extra mile by making sure there was fresh milk for tea & coffee & making sure the heater was on before arrival.
They offer breakfast the next morning too
Everything was great, it would have been nice upon arrival to be informed of the breakfast service (we didn't see the information until it was too late to order).

Very nice comfortable room, recently tastefully renovated I suspect. Shower awesome, bed very comfortable.
Room One, adjacent to the roadway, is extremely noisy from the constant flow of trucks using air brakes on the bridge approach. Not sure why I wasn't put in one of the many obviously empty rooms further away from the road.
